You would think these places would be consistant. This place uses processed meats, so-​so sandwich breads, although place is known for bread. Sour dough baguette that came on the side of the sandwich (go figure) was good.
They eere out of veggie soup, the main reason I come to the place. Got a different soup. Prosaic. Worse, not hot.
With all the competition in this class of restaurant, you would think some brand would emerge as a quality leader. Given help available for this type of job, I guess it is harder to deliver quality than it looks.

Love this place! I always come here to get a Chai latte and some delicious sweet bread like the bear claw or the cheesy one! Delicious!

Typical Panera restaurant. However, this location is relatively new and very clean. Service is fast and friendly!

We visited the first week this corporate store opened and it was a top drawer experience in every way. The staff remembered our names, were friendly and welcoming, and helped me decide what I could eat in the menus since I have an a, Kerry to white flour. Each visit since has been the same for subsequent visits. I make it a point to suggest it for any meetings I am asked to arrange as the food and service is always dependable.

What a lovely surprise! We stopped here to avoid a fried food drive thru on the way to the beach!
We used the awesome panera app to order b/​c our dog was with us. When I walked in the manager was double checking the order for accuracy – um, yay! It was accurate & super delicious.
We sat outside on their swanky patio with cushy seats in the shade with the pooch. The owner even gave us a bowl so we could hydrate Fido!
Definitely a fan. We will be back & send our friends!

Went in the morning to buy two iced lattes and 2 cookies. Not only was is expensive (over $ 12), but it took close to 10 minutes to get my drinks, and they did not get the drink order right (they gave me two caramel lattes with NO caramel. The store was not busy by any means. Panera seems to consistently disappoint. Ridiculously high prices and food that doesn’t impress.

Have only tried the Greek salad, fruit cup, and Soba Noodle Bowl with Edamame. Those were all fantastic! Can’t comment on the other menu items.
