Laticia done my wedding day makeup and done a great job. I got lots of compliments on my makeup the entire day. I got the airbrush makeup and it was well worth the price. The cost included my trial and for her to travel to Isaac Taylor Gardens on my wedding day. I have never really worn foundation makeup because I have light skin and have never felt comfortable with the way it looks. The airbrush makeup was perfect and I felt completely comfortable wearing it. I even ordered an airbrush makeup kit online so maybe I can learn to do it on myself one day. I would highly recommend Laticia for wedding day makeup!

Laticia saved my day! I had a makeup artist have to cancel for my bridal portrait session in April and the makeup artist referred Laticia. She was very flexible and squeezed me in after she had already worked a long day. We met at her home and she did my makeup for my portrait session. She noticed that I was not happy with my hair that I had done at another salon. She fixed my hair and completed my makeup. She followed me to the venue to where I was getting ready and went to the portrait session so she could make sure everything looked perfect. As soon as the veil went on we lost an eyelash and she was right there to help fix it! I think she was more worried about my look than I was! Once the portraits came in I knew I had to have her for our wedding day too!
She had another bride on the same day so I told her that I would wait for her! It was great because I was able to sit and chat with my bridesmaids while they got ready. When Laticia arrived we went to a room and got ready. At this point I still had not made up my mind on my hair. I told her that I trusted her and just do whatever she thought would look great. We decided I wanted my eye makeup a little heavier and that I did not want to see my completed look until I was dressed. At one point I was closing my eyes while we had a mirror in front of us so she could see my hair. It was perfect! I was dressed and then finally had my big reveal. It was perfect! She made me look amazing. I cried and cried all day and that makeup never budged. I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married! She is worth every penny!

Laticia was simply awesome. I tried her out because of so many positive reviews on Facebook and here. I’m moving tomorrow, but she was so accommodating and squeezed me in at the last minute, even though she is clearly busy. My brows were a disaster but she did such a great job! I wish I was sticking around longer and didn’t wait til the last minute to make an appointment. She runs her business like a true professional and works with eyebrows like an artist. Definitely recommend her.

My 13 year old and I went to Laticia last week to get our eyebrows done. We had previously been using Ulta and a girl who does threading. We were both extremely pleased with our services. Laticia was very attentive to our individual needs. She also managed to make eyebrow waxing nearly painless. If you’ve ever been to the benefit bar at Ulta, you know they take their time shaping your eyebrows to enhance your face. Laticia offers this same service, in a much more relaxing environment, at half the price. I will definitely be recommending HueLaLa to all of my friends.

Laticia is AWESOME and my eyebrows look amazing! She used brow powder to show me how she was going to shape them so I knew exactly what they were going to look like before she even touched the wax (I had been going to the same brow lady for almost 10 years before I moved, so I was nervous to have someone new do my brows). She makes sure that your eyebrows are the right shape for your face and features. Laticia made me feel super comfortable and she’s as talented as she is sweet! I will definitely be a loyal repeat customer.
I have to add: I originally met Laticia when she was doing hair and makeup for a friend’s save-​the-​date photo shoot. Her work is beautiful and flawless and she walks you through it step-​by-​step so you can be sure you’re going to love the way you look. I had a boudoir shoot earlier this year and had the privilege of having Laticia do my make up. Not only did she take her time, she made sure that every stroke was perfect. It was cute watching her react to my transformation right before her eyes. She would get so excited. It’s obvious she loves her job. I got so many compliments on my beautiful make up and my husband especially was speechless. She was very personable and made me feel right at ease. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Laticia is simply the best. She was prompt in showing up to do makeup AND hair prior to my maternity photo shoot. She nailed both, hands down. I felt beautiful, stunning, «glow-​y» because of this gal. She is beyond friendly, I felt as if I had known her for YEARS. I’m a professional photographer who recently worked with Laticia on a maternity shoot for one of my clients where she did my clients makeup AND hair both.
I have worked with makeup and hair artists internationally and can fully back Laticia’s work. I would give her 6 stars if there was an option to do so. Rarely do you find someone that can tackle makeup AND hair and do it as flawlessly and carefully (and flatteringly — is that a word?) as Laticia can.
My client’s skin and hair looked so beautiful and perfect that there was next to no retouching needed on her photos. That’s a first!
Not only is she skilled at her craft and pays attention to the details, but she was fun and kind and also had some creative ideas during the photoshoot that I loved. She’s awesome and I’m SO sad that San Diego is losing a great make up and hair artist, but I can promise you that no matter where you find her — you will NOT be sorry for hiring her.

Laticia Huether was the best make-​up artist I have every had the privilege of working with. She was so sweet and had an extensive knowledge of her products. She was also very good with my «fluttery eyes». I have never been able to handle people applying make-​up to my eye lids and she understood my issues and worked with me.
She made sure that my photographer and myself were happy with her work and we were beyond thrilled! She made sure that all of our needs were met.
I am so glad I had the chance to work with her and I will not only be recommending her to everyone I know, I will also be using her in my future endeavors.
