Falon gave me a great cut. This place is so spacious and comfortable. They offer all services except facials. Loved it

So, I made an appointment for a well needed back massage. I arrived before my appointment time, walk in and NO ONE says boo. I take a seat and double check my watch, yup, still early. Not ONE worker says hello or even acknowledges my presence. 45 minutes PAST my appointment, another customer comes in for her appointment. I told her it might be awhile. 50 minutes PAST my appointment time, the therapist comes out makes some lame excuse about double booking me after she confirmed my appointment yesterday! She then went on to say I could return AFTER the lady that came in after I did, made poor excuses about the double booking since she had just moved. Huh?!? Didn’t she take her phone with her when when she moved, the same one that she confirmed my appointment with yesterday? I have been to MUCH BETTER places in town!!!
