I have ordered memorial service flowers twice in the past 6 months and have been extremeliy disappointed. After the first time I thought it was a fluke from a reputable florist. Today I realized it was a pattern of taking advantage of those in mourning. For $ 95 we received a medium arrangemet that was white carnations. That included a $ 15 deliviery for two blocks from the shop. Shame, shame, shame…

When my mom lost her brother, I searched for an arrangement that would bring her some comfort! I found the perfect one on the Teleflora website. Alas, the arrangement was not available in my mom’s area. I called Comal Flower Shop and the designer went online to see a picture of the arrangement. Although not identical, the designer made every attempt to copy it. They sent me a text of the finished product and I was stunned. It far exceeded what I saw originally for Teleflora. My mom was so uplifted by the beautiful arrangement with the angel in the center! She cried and called me immediately. They have some dedicated talent at that flower shop!

I do not live in Texas. Last night I ordered flowers for my aunt online using 1−800-Flowers. Within an hour I received a call asking if the florist could make substitutions as they did not have all the flowers in the picture. I ok’d the substitutions. Then this morning I received another call saying the order could not be filled and would be canceled!!!
I searched on Unilocal and found Comal Flowers. As in the other review, Tiffany answered the phone and was fabulous! I placed my order. It will be delivered to my aunt today! Great service!!! I will call this florist directly from now on!!!

I’m not from New Braunfels, but Tiffany was so helpful over the phone when it came to ordering flowers, very knowledgeable about what kind of flowers sending emails with pic of specifics. Very professional and quick to respond.

Comal Florist provided the bouquets for my wedding and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I only wanted 3 bouquets (mine and the bridesmaids) and they were happy to accommodate my wishes.
Not being a green thumb, I didn’t have specific flowers in mind when I went in for my consultation. The florists were great to work with and patient in collaborating on the perfect arrangements for my special day.
The bouquets were delivered on time and with everything we would need to keep them looking great all day.
They may have been slightly more pricey than other shops or floral options, but it was well worth the peace of mind and excellent customer service.

I always love driving around the downtown circle and seeing the new surprise that this place has on the window. When you walk in you’re surrounded by neat collectibles and garden decorations!
My personal experience with this place was my parents renewing their vows this past December. It was a special occasion that demanded only the best! The best comes at a price and I was on a budget, but still wanted beautiful arrangements. They found out the the seasonal flowers to lower the cost! The staff was helpful figuring out the best possible arrangements and styles. They worked with my budget, my moms bouquet and the rest of the flowers were everything she wanted. Moms favorite flower is a special Lilly that only grows in S. America during winter, they got it, at a reasonable price and looked great.
