Disappointed. My husband had trouble in his second sleep study. We had trouble getting it rescheduled. It took 2 appointments. The second was almost a week ago in which Dr Lano said he would reschedule it. Just called the study clinic to inquire about the reschedule and they said they hadn’t received the order. Called Dr Lano’s office and they say it’s waiting in the doctor’s «to do list» for his signature. Ugh!

I could have not been more disappointed in a Medical Office. This is only a review about the staff. I had my 13 mo old daughter wait for over a month and half to be seen at their office. I asked when I made the appt if they took a Marketplace insurance that we carried. I was told yes. I called to confirm 2 other times to confirm again before the appt. I was scared because most doctors are not taking these plans. We were seen for 2 visits, and then made our decision for ear tube surgery. A few days later I get a call saying our insurance is out of network and that they do not accept this plan. I asked the lady Hilda at the front why are they confirming only now, she says to me «We do not have the staff to verify insurance ea. visit and that they only check when a surgery is scheduled.» I was blown away. I work in a medical office and this is just not right. She tells me that if I call Aetna that they will tell me which providers are accepting this insurance. I told her I already have done that but Aetna does not separate Aetna vs Marketplace providers. She made me feel as though I did not do my research. Either way the office manager was not happy that she had to write off the difference of what I needed to pay in network vs. out of network.
In the end I saw another provider who got us in with in a week ½ and scheduled us for a surgery 4 days later. Things become easy for the office and the patients if they do their job. In the end my daughter was taken care of.

Truly amazing staff !!! I have to say hands down dr Lano is the best Ent ! Dr lano made me feel comfortable my visit with him
