The cleanest and friendliest marble slab I’ve ever been too. It made our dessert out experience amazing! The girls at the counter were so nice and sweet. Our ice cream was so delish. I would deff come back here again!

Rude rude rude. We’ve come into this location many times and each and every time there are one or more girls with a bad attitude. Never fails. Learn some proper customer service!

Marble Slab has teamed up with Great American Cookies so be prepared to smell deciduous baked cookies and waffle cones when you enter. I don’t have a big sweet tooth but their sweet cream mixed with fresh strawberries is heavenly! The three ladies working this evening were very eager to serve and had great customer service. That is a huge plus. Even when the place slowed down they didn’t stand around chatting. One was straightening up the counter, one picked up a broom and the other went out back. Their case had lots of ready made cakes with different flavor sand sizes as well as prepackaged ice creams hand packed.
My kids loved it!

Well, this is just a standard marble slab… mixing your ice cream in front of you with toppings of your choice. That was pretty enjoyable in itself, but what really makes me give this 5 stars are the girls that work there!
I am sorry for being delayed in posting this, but we went here after a very long motorcycle ride to just cool off a bit and relax before making the hour plus drive back up to Pflugerville.
We were beat when we got home and I was looking forward to just relaxing for the rest of the night, lo and behold… could it be… my wallet was not with me. Freaking out for a second, I thought back and realized in my weary state of mind, I left it sitting on the sill at this store.
I called almost in tears, hoping that my wallet would be there. The girl answered the phone said sweetly, don’t worry ma’am we have it right here for you, just come get it when you get here.
So thank you Amber and Alexandra… my wallet was intact with nothing taken out, they were so very honest about it all and that is a rare qualities nowadays. Stop by and say hi to the ladies if they are there, and remember to tip them because having character and integrity like that is something that we need to foster and encourage in our youth.

We ordered a cake a week ago and it hasn’t got started when it was supposed to be and it’s my son’s bday and they did nothing to compensate us. Unprofessional and never come here again. I’m pissed. The owner just called and got someone to make a cake by the time deadline. Thank you Ed. But still unexceptional. Got our cake but wrong cake, still pissed. Happy 16^th bday son. Never come here again

Why is Marble Slab so special? Goodness, the owners, of course! The people behind this location are fantastic and accommodating, they have been catering to the people of New Braunfels for years! My sister mentioned that she had an ice cream flavor in Houston that they didn’t offer at this location and the owner said he would make it, now that’s just pure dedication.
New Braunfels pretty much closes up shop at 8:30, but not Marble Slab. They have awesome summer hours, sometimes staying open until 11pm on the weekends (ICE CREAM PARTAY!). The ice cream is a little pricey but what do you expect from a place that offers unlimited mix-​ins! I’ll usually go with a child’s cone, the portions are way too generous for me to tackle. Once you pick your mix-​ins they go to town on your ice cream, they must have some serious muscles.
Another unique perk to this location is that they serve Great American Cookie products, YUM!

It’s Marble slab not much can go wrong with ice cream. Personal fave is sweet cream/​Oreos in a peanut cone. For portion size the small is more than enough.
