This is the closest sonic to my house but I’ve started going to one further away since this location sucks. Each time I went; the order was either wrong or tasted bad. Last time it was the fries. They tasted old and were dried out. Although, it’s a new location, it just didn’t seem to be getting any better.

Not sure what’s going on here but the few times I’ve been here it appears to be a hassle to get ANYTHING out of this place. Just sat here for 10 mins at a pull up station, pushed the button THREE times, & didn’t get so much as a «we’ll be right with you.» Mind you this is at 230pm on a Wednesday, not like it’s 7pm on a Friday night or during football season. Not to mention it’s a HORRIBLE location, I seriously doubt this particular one will last long if their management doesn’t start making some changes. Sad to say we left without ordering because no one could be bothered to acknowledge us.

While this sonic is new and looks very nice, Their customer service needs improvement. Every time I’ve come to thissonic my order has been wrong or taking a very long time. At one point I asked for a shake they told me they hadn’t turned on the ice cream machine yet so they couldn’t make one. I said no problem and ordered a Coke however they still charged me for shake and acted like I was crazy because I wanted them to take the additional charge off. Today I came in ordered some food and some shakes the order took 20 minutes. Then the shakes came out melted, I was highly disappointed with this but far more disappointed with the managers treatment of me when I called.
