Trinity built our pool and spa in Austin last summer, and they did a great job throughout the process. The level of supervision of the job site was great, with daily visits from the owner. They use their own crews and they were on our job site six days a week so there were no delays in construction. The crews were outstanding they worked 10 –11 hr days in the middle of the summer heat. The company worked with both our HOA and the City to get all the proper approvals and permits. There were no hidden cost.
This is our first pool and we have been pleased with the low maintenance salt water system. Our system is remote controlled which allows for easy adjustments, temperature readings, and feature controls. We chose Trinity after visiting pools in our neighborhood that they had installed. I spoke with those homeowners which gave great references and we were not disappointed. One of the key things that have impressed me has been the the prompt, thorough, and personal response I have had to any questions or concerns I have had after the pool was completed.
