Not many restaurant choices in the Fridley area near Unity Hospital, so we found this restaurant on Unilocal.Bit hard to find since Google took is in the wrong direction. Tucked back in a strip mall off Silver Lake Road. Family owned very casual but charmingly small dining room. Very friendly and knowledgable wait staff. Great choice of homemade bread with olives and meat baked inside delivered to the table. Delish minestrone soup, though I’m not a big fan of large potato chunks. Had the fusilli with spinach in an olive oil sauce and enjoyed it immensely. Colleagues had the Lauren which is evidently their most popular dish, and they were equally impressed. Would love to return some day soon.
