Pizza Hut pizza is edible, but just barely. I rate it just above cardboard, and on par with Papa John’s. They have good deals all the time, and that is why they are so big. It cannot be because of the customer service or food

The food is great! When its hot… Every time we offer its at least an hour and a half wait, which would be fine. But tonight the guy was 30 minutes late, shuffled his feet down the hall to our door, had no pen or change, and our pizza wasnt even warm! We called the store to complain at 9:45, they took my name and number and promised a manager would call ASAP. Its now past midnight, nobody is answering their phone, (caller ID) and no response from the manager. Almost 30 $ in food and we get treated like crap? Yep. I’ll drive to any other pizza hut for their great taste, but never ordering from this one again.

6:45 — placed order online. Promised an 8:01 delivery.
8:25 — first call about our pizza. They hang up on me.
8:30 — second call to store. Placed on hold.
8:40 — finally get the store manager who tells us the pizza is coming out of the oven right now.
9:15 — store calls to tell us they ran out of crust. We’re getting a refund.
So from the time we ordered to the time the Papa Johns guy got to my house was three hours. If you’re out of pizza, why not just say so? I don’t understand why they had to string us along for so long. Also I called to ask where my pizza is and in 2015 that should take 30 seconds, but it was ten minutes on hold at some call center and then I was lied to.

the worst experience in customer service ever! it took 3 attempts to freakn call just to order a pizza for delivery! spoke to a rep ordering my pizza then after waiting for over an hour the delivery lady said she can’t deliver it. called back to cancel my order. i tried to order again but the rep for some reason transferred my call! after that when someone finally answered they hung up on me!!! are you kidding me? just for a pizza? never ever ordering here again! «night shift»

Granted it was 1am, and this was about the only place open for delivery, I think this was one of my worst pizza delivery experiences.
There was random toppings all over our pizza.
We ordered a half pepperoni and half Hawaiian.
We found random peppers, olives, and onions in different parts of the pizza.
Not fun.
Wouldn’t recommend unless you are really drunk or really high and have a mad case of the midnight munchies.
