Chili’s is just fantastic. It is a lit squad gathering place. The chili is great. Great name. My best friend Mike Chili and his lover Patricia Bush love the place. Then again his name is Mike CHILI. What a coincidence. P. S Don’t go in the bathroom it is permanently stained by Patricia and Mike making love.

I had the bacon and ranch chicken quesadilla, I think that’s what it was. It wasn’t really all that good but I’m giving the spot a four star rating because the bar service by Jeanette was friendly and quick, and the place was clean. Not a bad spot to enjoy a brew and a game.

Giving 3 stars because I do dine here often and the food is always great. But tonight it’s not about the food it’s just plain hospitality they were lacking. My boyfriend calls to see what sides are served with the char something steak. The woman on the phone was rushing and said French fries and corn. We ordered online she seemed too busy. Online you couldn’t choose your sides so he felt secure knowing the woman told him two sides he likes. So we go out into this crappy rain and go to pick up dinner… We get home and his steak has asparagus and tomatoes on the side… Now this boy does not do asparagus or tomatoes. He called chilis and told the lady what happened she responds«that’s no big deal You can come pick up the sides you wanted» Umm it’s not a big deal? Yes it actually is. And very inconvenient. I don’t expect you to deliver the food but at least apologize for your staffs mistake. Updated review 3÷18÷16 Not going there anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this location but it’s no longer up to par. First off the restaurant looked gross. The glasses we were first given were literally dirty. Cloudy with grease you could feel on your fingers. That’s disgusting by itself. The food was tasteless and my steak came well done when I asked for medium. Only thing that was enjoyable was the chips and dip. The manager with the purple bangs and bowl type haircut look has a attitude and resting bitch face. Shape up. Your suppose to be a manager why are you trying to gossip with hostesses.

Came here twice in one night with Kirstin(and yes, the hostess looked at us funny). To start, we had dinner. Kirstin went with her old standby – chicken crispers. I had a cup of chicken enchilada soup(messy presentation with a soup smudge on edge of saucer and seemed smaller portion than anticipated but taste was fine) and the pork carnitas tacos(very drippy but nice combo of ingredients). Unfortunately, our server was not attentive and didn’t even refill the water glass unless I asked. Thankfully, when we returned 2.5 hours later for dessert, we were seated on another side and got a much better server. We shared the skillet toffee fudge brownie, which was delish. Average dining experience, nothing over the top. I was sad to see that the free chips and salsa is no more, but so it goes. Oh and not a fan of using the touch screen to order things or pay(and what’s the point of a server then?!) but that’s the way chains seem to be going.

Don’t plan on coming back to this Chili’s. Idk if it was a bad day for the cook, or if maybe the franchise owner is cheap(more on that later). So experience wise, gotta start somewhere right? The experience was not all that fantastic. The floors were disgusting, as we walked to our table we saw many tables were left un-bussed. As soon as we sat we were greeted by our waiter, whom within literally 40seconds of us sitting was asking if we know what we’d like yet… Little premature, lets start with drinks… Maybe apps when you bring the drinks? So for food, I got the all you can eat fajitas since it was a Monday night. I have had fajitas from chili’s probably 75+ times from chili’s, and more from other places. Fajitas are one of my all time childhood favorites. The fajitas I had tonight were absolutely horrible. Comparing them to any chili’s experience ever. Hence why I say I don’t know if I’ll come back HERE. The meat(had one service steak one serving chicken) was bland. You could almost tell that the steak was cooked up in one big pile of nothing but steak probably because they wanted to pre cook thinking big all you can eat fajita night. Onions were also cooked in a pile on the flat top most likely. I pretty much got a pile of pre cooked onions with sloppy recooked low quality steak«chunks» ontop. –note: they literally gave me two wraps to start. AND adding to experience and WTF?!? factor, you get one small plate of sour cream, cheese, salsa, guac, each about size of small ice cream scoop, if you want more(ya know more than for two fajitas) then you’ll lay $ 1.99 for more fixins. We also got skillet queso. Tasted like meat grease with melted cheese. It supposedly had beef in it, but we found none. So unless they pureed it. Not there. We always get the southwestern egg rolls, these they can’t mess up since its a frozen chili’s product. They got one star of the two solely for the fact they didn’t mess them up! Over all it seemed these guys were over whelmed enough to clean the restaurant as the night went on; it appeared the franchise owner cheaped out on meat product trying to save money during a promo causing poor taste and end product. Also cooking methods contributed to poor end product. Try yourself, but maybe worth going to another closeby location(Newington) if you want a decent Chili’s experience

Went to Chili’s for the first time in a while. They gave my table to somebody else; I think the chicken was precooked; and they had a tablet on the table that had a trivia game on it, and after I won the game they charged me 2 bucks to play it. Nobody told us there was a charge.

Another purely average Chilis. I am quite impressed with the improvement of the Chilis menu — things are more substantial and less greasy! For the price, the food is a good deal. You can get away with eating for two for under $ 25. The service can be a bit slow, but at these prices impeccable service isn’t expected.

This place is a total waste. I only went bc the party I was with wanted to go here. The food is up there with the worst I have ever had. It is dirty and the staff is rude. The only good thing at all is the cheap beers.

I’d almost give this location 3.5 stars, if that were an option. I’ve always had good drinks here(unlike the Newington location that appears to forget the alcohol). The food is mediocre, but it’s Chili’s! I love the Southwestern Eggrolls as an app, and used to love the Fire Roasted Corn guacamole, but I think they’ve gotten rid of it(which is a HUGE disappointment because their regular guac isn’t good enough to pay for). I used to go with my mom and get the 2 for $ 20 menu and we’d each get the chicken fajitas, but I’ve given up on that now that the chicken in the fajitas resembles cubed canned dog food meat. Ok, maybe the 3 stars is the right option upon further reflection, no half star needed.

Please see my review on the Chilis Restaurant at 3017 Berlin Tpke, Newington, CT6111. In short, we were at the Newington location first and had to leave because we lost our appetites there due to flies problem inside the restaurant. Which leads us to this Chilis. Even though we lost our appetites at the first location, we still wanted to give Chilis one more try and this location works out because it is near the mall. This location is 100% better. It’s like night and day comparing to the Newington location. It’s cleaner looking and no flies(not even fruit flies). Our waiter was so nice and attentive. The food is good. We got the ribs half original and half rub(I personally like the rub better), the beef enchiladas is really tasty and the original chicken crispers. All were really good. I personally think the clean location and the friendly waiter definitely made our experience at this Chilis a good one. I hope this helps.

Chili’s has improved a lot. This location had an extensive menu. I had the Chipotle Chicken Mex Bowl and it was delicious. The chips and salsa(free) were also very good. I sat at the bar and the service was quick and short, which I appreciated.

Nice place with decent food and drinks. I like to come here often for the cocktails especially all the margaritas and starters. It has good variety of starters and almost of them are very good in taste.

Late dinner with a friend from work. All food was delivered hot and fresh. My burger was cooked perfectly, but my fries were a little salty. Not much to say here. Pleasant service, good food, reasonable prices and convenient for me. It’s a typical chain, so you sort of know what to expect.

Loves Chili’s when I am visiting some where on vacation. It is actually very difficult for me to be content with random restaurants on the road. Chili’s is the one place i always rely on. Very good as usual.

Chili’s why do I keep trying(they’re convient and have beer)? it’s just like Applebee’s, Friday’s, Texas whatever, etc … what junk. Save your money for decent food or eat at McDonalds.

Well, this is a first for me. I’m writing my Unilocal review WITHIN the confines of the business I’m reviewing. Indeed, I’m sitting here at Chili’s, on my laptop, having just finished my lunch. I had a good turkey and provolone on whole wheat, with a side of fries and house salad. It was as good as could be expected for a chain restaurant. I also gotta say, dang is this place full for a Monday afternoon! I mean, there isn’t exactly a line out the door, but at 1PM this place was easily 2⁄3 full. And it’s still about ½ full as i write this at 2PM. Clearly they’re doing some good business for a reason. Friendly waitstaff, quick service, decent corporate-inspired food. Cheap beer too. $ 2.29 for a Coors or Miller Lite!

Walked in for a quick lunch to take home to the wife having never used the Car Side To Go entrance. The service was quick and the food was typical Chilli’s quality. The 6.99 lunch combo deal is a quick and cheap lunch for sure, a sandwich, fries and a salad or soup are petty hard to get anywhere else for that price. I’ll definitely call ahead next time.

Awesome burgers and fries. Open late, which is a BIG plus around here. Great for takeout, too. Start with the bottomless chips and salsa.
