Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from enterprise at least once a year. I always have a great experience and great pricing.
This time was My best experience even though on the first day I went I couldn’t rent a car that day which was understanding since it was a weekend and on short notice. Daniella the manager was so helpful and set up a reservation for the next day and gave me written instructions to help with my insurance part of the rental. Everyone I worked with and just spoke to were polite and friendly. After I returned my rental they even dropped myself and my child off to our car. It was my best experience thus far.

A very positive review for a type of business that often only earns negative reviews from a loud minority. I feel almost obligated to write a Unilocal at this point.
I rented in Ridgefield, and returned here in New Britain. The car, despite not being the size I originally wanted, was phenomenal. A 2012 Dodge Charger with 292 horsepower? I gotta admit, it was worth the few extra bucks for this full-​size monster. Sure was fun to kick around for a week.
The only negative part of my experience is the reason I was practically forced to rent the Charger… The ONLY compact car in stock when I arrived was… wait for it… wait for it…
A Fiat 500.
Seriously? I cannot believe Enterprise has the audacity to actually rent that painfully tiny, utterly ridiculous go-​kart with a roof. I wouldn’t be caught dead in that thing. So I went with the Charger.
Still, everyone was really professional, and Enterprise gave me free rides for both pickup and return of my car. Just do the world a favor, and keep more compact options in stock!
