My husband and I stopped for dinner. We ordered the pork chops with garlic green beans and the potatoes with cheese and bacon. My pork chop was fine, but my husband’s was overdone. The manager came to ask us how everything was and did bring him another one, but never addressed that both of our potatoes was burnt and there was no cheese or bacon on either and the green beans were wilted horribly as if they had been left in a microwave. I couldn’t believe they had no problem serving that to someone. We will no be returning to that restaurant

Had a great 12oz New York steak and a Miller’s Lite draft beer. They really should add a bread item to keep up with other dining establishments. The service was good at the bar and everybody is very friendly.

What a cheap-​o-​jount. Bread doesn’t come with a steak dinner. The charge 35 cents for a lemon aid refill. Come on! .Really? Is this the way you want to be behaving when Jesus comes back? LOL

Horrible food at this location. And horrible service and management!!! Save your HEALTH and avoid food poisoning by going somewhere other than this completely trashy Crapplebees!

Great place in New Castle. Friendly bar staff! Really know how to fix them drinks!
