IHOP

I’ve never had a steak with this texture, color, or taste. I ordered the t-​bone steak medium rare, but I couldn’t even tell how it was cooked because of the unnatural grey throughout the entire «steak». The T-​BONE steak had the texture of a saulsbury steak! Our hash browns had a strange chemical after taste, and the bacon was floppy and flavorless. ⁰⁄₁₀ I do not recommend. This place is the worst.
Update: I’ve been standing in line for actually 15 minutes to pay for this terrible food. Insult to injury.

Nice place for breakfast /​brunch. We came in Sunday morning and had a 10 minute wait. The waitress was very nice and took our order promptly. She kept checking on how we were doing. It was a good experience. I was not sure after reading the other reviews here. The service at this place is great. Had no issues. Love IHOP :)

The food is the same as any other ihop.
BUT what makes this ihop a 5 star is the service. Our waitress, Kelly, was SO nice, sweet, happy, respectful, attentive, hard working, and great over all. All customer service workers should be like her.
At the time I was fasting and was limited to non — processed foods and had to order a lot of side dishes and had special requests. She was totally understanding and didn’t forget a order and made sure I got what I wanted.
On top of that I forgot my retainers at the restaurant and called back to see if she found them. She said everything on the table has been cleared away and thrown out in the trash. I was really upset. Kelly was such a sweetheart she said she would look in the trash for me and look for my retainers. Sure enough she found them. I was so thankful and she was so happy to help me and did not want anything in return.
I can not emphasize what great service I got here. Kelly deserves a employee of the year.

Consistently solid predictable breakfast with wallet friendly prices.
I wanna marry their French vanilla coffee with whip cream, it’s just so sweet and decadent! When it comes to eggs and bacon I’m very specific. I like my eggs over-​hard, yolks popped so no runny stuff. Often other non-​chain places I’ve been to just don’t understand and I end up eating around a gross yellow pool. My other preference is crispy almost burnt bacon with a nice crunch. Nothing makes this girl sadder than chewy or paper thin microwave bacon. On both counts this IHOP always nails my eggs and bacon.
Service here is not always the fastest but I’ve always found it friendly. Gil is a great server if your lucky enough to get him. There is also a gal with dark hair and glasses that is super; she brought my coffee once and noticed the cream had melted so she ran back to re-​make it without my even asking!
I’m not a fan of their actual pancakes and I wish they would put them on a bigger plate. Their hashbrowns are also straight outta the bag and need doctoring with salt and pepper.
Still this IHOP is always crazy crowded for a reason.
Love it for what it does well, of course I’ll be back!

Our server was really sweet! But the crepes I had were just eh. Bacon tasted old or like the microwave kind. Wish I had tried pancakes instead.

It’s Ihop… the waitress was loud and was cackling which was a bit much at 6:30 in the morning.

Good food, great service!

Love coming to this location for a sweet savory breakfast. I like bringing my friends here before they head home back to new York. It’s a few miles from Amtrak so a great pitstop. The servers are friendly and will to make changes to the dishes if need be. Good place, just advoid Sunday mornings or afternoons. The church family crowds are huge and the wait is long.

Not good. That is all.

Food tasted like crap. Service was a joke. fruits were old and «fresh orange juice» wasn’t fresh at all.

Bad service. Lacking interest, enthusiam, and energy. When you go for breakfast hungry, I want to see happy people and fast, attentive service.

BEWARE!!! I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED ON MY DEBIT CARD. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER 3 TIMES. HE SAID HE’D LOOK INTO IT AND GET BACK TO ME. NEVER DID. NOW HE AVOIDS MY CALLS. I HAVE THE BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE IT. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY DO THIS TO. THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED. FOOD IS GOOD, SERVERS ARE GOOD. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME. WATCH OUT! MY $ 19. BREAKFAST FOR 3 Cost me $ 38. I’m Contacting their corporate offices, will update. Imagine if they do this to every couple customers?

This IHOP is in the Airport Plaza strip mall off US-​13 northbound. However, this restaurant has a parking lot of its own. The parking lot was a mess when I visited, although the restaurant can’t do very much about that because people litter.
When I entered this IHOP, the host was not at the front counter. I had to wait a while before he returned, so I could be seated. This is unusual, although it wasn’t a busy period at this restaurant so maybe he was taking a break. After that, service was okay. The server took my order and brought everything out efficiently. I had the Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘n Fruity breakfast with bottomless coffee. I didn’t think the food was exceptional. It was only about average compared to most diners and on par with Denny’s. You do, however, get four kinds of syrup for the pancakes. (and well, anything else you can pour those on because the syrups are at every table)
The restaurant interior seemed clean enough. The restroom was in reasonable condition during my visit.

Oh New Castle IHOP. It is hard to resist your cheap breakfast-​y charm but I think I’m growing weary of you.
One can only defend you so many times before they realize those enjoyable times were under the influence of a hangover.
This is not the place to be in a rush. I think I’ve had enough of the trashy hostesses and careless servers. The great servers are not able to spread themselves thin in this place. I’ve been here too many times while the servers «hang out» with friends or stay at a table of people they know for far too long.
The food is not terrible and is usually enjoyed the way it is described.
The bathroom is gross, as usual, and tends to have a mystery liquid on the floor.
Step up your game, IHOP!

Went on a monday night and experienced the older quieter crowd.
Clean restaurant though, and good food as i expected.
