Dealt with Dwayne Cluff. He delivered the truck we wanted in the small window of time he was given. Dwayne was great to work with. This was our third Chevy dealer. They gave us the best price on our trade in. Dwayne went out of his way get us the vehicle we wanted. Highly recommend Nucar Chevrolet. Ask for Dwayne, he was fabulous!

When I didn’t want the extended warranty, He instantly lowered the interest rate on my loan offer. I should have been offered the lowest rate from the beginning. Also, I didn’t realize it until I got home, My new car did not come with an owners manual. I went back and asked for one and was told«I’ll see if I can get one for You». I still don’t have one. Update: They got me an owners manual.

I have been a customer here for many years. Dan S, is a top notch salesmen, never pushy and communicates when he has to, Down to earth and willing to work with you. The service staff does what it can to accommodate you with service and price. Any work done on my vehicles is always done right and the guys are clean workers. I’ve used the courtesy shuttle a couple times and the driver is always on time. Just purchased a 2015 Chevy Traverse LTZ for my wife and we are both very happy with it, you name it and it has it, and more. Dan got us a great deal and we couldn’t be happier.

I had a problem with my ’15 Suburban, I called and the service team was incredibly accommodating. They listened to my concerns and had my vehicle in and out. There was a recall on it and the problem was fixed and I was back in my vehicle quickly. Thank you so much for your kindness and service!

Just lost two customers. My daughter and I have both been loyal customers of the dealership but that ended Friday night. I had an unexpected break down with my only vehicle. Knowing NuCar is open on Saturday, I called asking if I had it towed could they please look at it on Saturday. The very rude, unprofessional woman answering the phone said«You can have it towed here but we won’t look at it until the end of the week.» I asked for manager and she said they all left. Asked if one would be there on Saturday and she said no. Asked why manager not there for problems and she said«We resolve them ourselves». Well apparently the don’t resolve them by trying to help a customer in need. Thank goodness for Pep Boys up the road because they were extremely helpful and professional. That is where my business will go from now on!
