Went in to buy new iPhone, the associate that I dealt with supposedly checked their stock and did not have the 64GB that I wanted and tried to up-sale me to the 128GB when I kept repeating that I did not need that much space. He then ‘supposedly’ brought up my account and placed the order for the 64GB that I was looking for and said that it would arriving in 3 days and would call me. 5 days later no phone call. Went to a different Sprint store and as this model was not in stock they had to order it, well in order to order it I had to pay for the phone so that they can place the order. Needles to say this tells me that the associate at the Dupont Hwy location deceived me, he never placed the order. I regret not taking his name down so that I could report him to their Corporate offices. But this person is very unprofessional and dishonest and just looking to make the highest commission out of customers. What a sorry excuse of human being!!!

your store on DuPont hwy in Newcastle de. they need training in customer service. very rude. unprofessional, talks about the customers, I will not be going to this one never again!!! there was one guy there who was very very nice I don’t know his name but he was Spanish that’s all I know. but the rest need to go back to training!

I was only visiting this Sprint store to pay my cell phone bill in cash but having employees acknowledge my presence as I entered was special. That pretty much made up for the payment machines jamming up after I inserted a few too many dollar bills.
