Stayed twice in October 2015 on a road trip going to and from Wisconsin. We liked it so much we stayed on our way back. The girls working the front desk were very nice every time. The rooms were clean and quite and the bed was firm. I don’t know where they get the donuts from for in the morning but they are very good! I will definitely stay again when passing threw. Oh and they gave us a military discount as well!!!

Was a little skeptical a first but very clean comfy beds great price. Very old school in the rooms. Very nice change from the corp game. Felt like I went back in to the 80s in this room. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. Will let you look at the rooms before you commit.

It was a quiet, clean room. I slept well.
This is a fine, well maintained place that is amazingly priced for being so close to Indianapolis. The room was well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive to details. When I left hours before breakfast time they still offered to get me something to eat and drink.
For a place with some personality, with people who care, and with a reasonable priced, SAAI is great lodging. If you are passing through, or doing business in Indianapolis (particularly the east side), you ought to consider staying here.

A clean affordable place. Where you don’t have to pay high for stuff you don’t use. Just basic clean room. Friendly staff. If you expect expensive bedding and breakfast bar u will be disappointed. But if looking for clean and nice room to sleep in. They have it! They offer Jacks doughnuts for breakfast! Fee WI-​fi and HBO right across from walmart and Steak N Shake in parking lot!
