Service was friendly but not fast. I honestly think the best way to describe our experience here is bland. We both ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and found it had a very strange smell to it. Bread had no salt, alfredo sauce was bland. The only thing that really had flavor was the Italian dressing on my salad. Overall… I would not come back here.

Party of six on a not busy at all night, we were one of four tables. The service was gone but the food was blah. The mainly iceberg lettuce salad was unimpressive. The chicken marsala was terrible and I LOVE chicken marsala. The rest of our party(out of town guests) were polite about their meals but they didn’t eat much which was an indicator. I’m not sure why there were a lot of flies in the restaurant either.

Stop. Do not past go. This is a miserable excuse for an Italian restaurant. Even by small town standards. I ordered eggplant Parmesan sandwich and was brought chicken Parmesan sandwich. When I protested the waitress called me a liar. Do yourself a favor and skip this joint. 1972 called and wants it Italian restaurant back.

The homemade bread is excellent, crusty and light. Wife’s chicken Marsala was very good. Brushetta was excellent, except we ordered without onions and got onions. See quick tip about service for reason for lower rating.

What a pleasant surprise. Worth going out of your way for. I will recommend and be back with friends. Wonderful atmosphere, clean, nice wine list and nice bar. Don’t overlook Tuscany. Tom from Prospect PA.

To start off the waitress we had was great. She was alone, but she was very good. My girlfriend and her daughter both had cheese ravioli, which they enjoyed. I had the itialian hoagie, which came with half a tomato and wilted lettuce. The cheese seemed hard, but I can’t honestly say if it was good or not. I didn’t eat it. The potato bacon soup was pretty good though. Also, the bread was good too. It comes out as a small loaf. It was a little off putting when they refreshed our bread with a half load they carried out in a napkin though. Good bread, good soup, and a friendly waitress working alone doesn’t get your resaurant stars.

My sub was over cooked had crunchy bread and little meat or cheese. The fries were good. They messed up my girlfriend meal order, ran out of two beers my friends were drinking. The waitress had had such little knowledge of menu. We would have been better if guessing than asking here, nothing was authentic About this place.

Great chicken parm and wine selection. I loved the homemade salad dressing, white balsamic I believe. The Resturant is nice, great food and service. We come here often and will continue to come back.

Gordon Ramsey desperately needed! We attempted to eat here on Nov. 8th, unsuccessfully. The facility itself is attractive, but the entryway is loaded with junk, booster seats, and a ridiculous statue of a fat chef. We were seated promptly, and had to endure a truly awful waiter. He never mentioned the specials and gave the impression that we were a huge imposition on his valuable time. We ordered drinks; when I asked for a Manhattan, he looked as though I had requested a Plutonium Stinger. And despite furiously scratching in his little pad, he got it wrong. My partner’s hot Italian sausage sandwich appeared as an Italian hoagy, hot. I got a fish sandwich that had been in the fryer so long it looked like deep fried tree bark. The waiter noticed we weren’t eating, and we explained that he had gotten one order wrong, and the other was inedible. I held up the brittle burnt fish and asked, «Would you eat this?» His response was«I dunno, would I??» The manager apologized and we went out for Chinese takeout. On our way out the door, I could see Tuscany’s problem through the large kitchen window; the average age of the kitchen staff appeared to be seventeen. Our unhappy experience aside, the menu here is exactly like a pizza shop menu with sandwiches and main dishes swimming in a sea of red sauce. The joy of Italian food comes from quality, seasonal ingredients cooked simply and well. Tuscany is just a higher priced pizza joint. BTW, would someone tell our waiter that his pointy-toed shoes make him look like a giant, unfriendly elf?

Hubby & I stopped here to eat this past Sunday while on a drive. Smelled delicious when we walked in the door. Service was adequate, not overwhelming. We both ordered pasta because of the wonderful aroma. Our salads arrived, were fresh & better than average. The fresh baked Italian bread & dipping oil were delish, so we were definitely looking forward to the main pasta course. Boy were we disappointed! The plating looked great, but unfortunately, the pasta was not. The sauce had absolutely no flavor what so ever. It was as if they just opened a can of tomato sauce, heated it up & put it on the pasta. I’m talking not one spice/seasoning/herb could be detected. No garlic, basil, oregano, no nothing! It wasn’t good, it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t! Now the meatballs, unbelievably, they were decent! Nice consistency, light garlic flavor, right amount of herbs, but the bland sauce they were in didn’t let them shine! Too bad. It could of been a good meal! Sorry, but we won’t be returning. We like our food to have flavor.

they call themselves fine dining, not at all. I ordered the tour of italy which contained three ravioli’s, lasagna and chicken parm. The entire plate was smothered in tasteless red sauce and it was barely warm. I sent it back to have it heated and it came back still cold with more flavorless red sauce. I’ve had better italian from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Very disappointed. Wont go back and wouldnt recommend. Very dissatisfied.

Mediocre at best. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich, my mom ordered the margherita pizza and my sister had pasta aioli. All of our meals were just eh. My sisters pasta had on overwhelming taste of garlic, she could barely eat it. My sandwich was average, the best part was the Italian bread it was on. Honestly not worth the money and definitely not an authentic italian restaurant. Wouldn’t go back.

I’ve been here a handful of times in the past and always felt unsatisfied afterwards. I vowed I would never return! Unfortunately yesterday I was craving Italian and my mind had glossed over my bad experiences in the past. Here’s basically how it went: My mother and I came in and are seated promptly. There are two other tables eating — one already had their food. We ordered the homemade manicotti and the veal parm. While we waited we tried their bread and dipping oil, which was decent. Our food came out reasonably fast but it was lukewarm! My manicotti was a huge letdown. The menu claimed it had«three types of cheeses» but all I could taste was ricotta. Literally I could have cut my manicotti into medallions and the cheese would not have moved. The veal parm was very tough and my mom said it was just okay. I mean honestly… Season your food? The sauce was pretty good though. The waitstaff here are pretty nice but the food honestly is not worth the price. Try Soni’s down the road or Pagley’s downtown.

I recently came here and ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it was A-OK. Service was really good and our server was extra friendly. However, my dining companion ordered the veal parmagiana and it simply wasn’t that good. The sauce was pretty blah. I don’t know that there’s any reason for me to come back here.

I had a very good meal here and I must admit that our waitress really made the experience 4 instead of 3 stars. She had a very lively personality and was on top of everything. I would recommend eating in the bar area as the atmosphere is a little warmer than the dining area. The four stars reflects the lack of options in the area as I’m not sure they would last long in a city but it’s all about location right? Bottom Line: They are a good option for meetings or just a casual bite.
