Never been to a slower DD. I travel all over the country and found this location to be the slowest by a landslide during my 2 week visit to NY. Looking at the staff 1 hand doesn’t know what the other is doing along with just general disorganization. No management on duty and if they are they need to be fired. You need an entire new staff to make this place successful. Also — if someone at the drive up window has a big order consider the folks behind them that have a coffee order… remember, you make most of your profit by percentage on coffee. With that said I found the fastest DD in the country just 5 miles up the road on Rt 22 in patterson next to the AP… Lightning fast service. The guy in the morning is on the ball. Someone should send him to New Fairfield for a day to do some staff training.

I went to Dunkin’ hoping to find a good deal for Boston cream. However, the price was $ 1.06 each(more than 7⁄11) and was surprised that the price was so high for one small doughnut. Won’t come again unless the price changes

I’m pretty sure this place is UN-managed as it’s always a bunch of high school kids in there talking and playing on their phones who seem quite irritated to have to help any incoming customers. It would really be an easy place to rob, maybe management should take that into consideration. Staff has such an attitude problem even when it’s not just kids working; older people who seem to waking up the wrong side of the bed just the same. For working in such a small town and just at a Dunkin Donuts you people could at least smile and say thank you to your customers.
