I’ve used One Stop for my dry cleaning several times. They offer same day service and their hours are good. On a recent experience I had dropped off two comforters and was given a date to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, one of the comforters wasn’t ready. This was disappointing and an inconvenience since I needed the comforter. When I went to pick up the comforter the second time I was given $ 5 off for the inconvenience. One Stop did the right thing and I was a happy and satisfied customer. More importantly, a customer that will return. So, kudos to One Stop for great customer service which elevates them to a four star in my book.
