Great place for any meal of the day. Very rustic and clean, with a warm old homestead feel. Very good breakfast and flavored coffee’s. Really nice lunch and dinner, everything I have tried has been excellent. Also, A great local craft beer selection. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. I also stop in here for«to go» homemade soups and great sandwich’s. Very pleased every time I come.

Really friendly service, and gluten-free options. My sandwich was VERY salty, though, and I love salt… so that is saying something. It’s a great place to stop if you’re on the road, and need a «real food» sandwhich.

Excellent service, even at an odd afternoon time. Good food quality and taste. Excellent beer selection. If the weather is nice, the front porch is perfect for dining and gathering with friends, otherwise there’s a pub and market inside.

My boyfriend and I had been told there was a tap room in New Hampton so we figured we’d check it out. This place didn’t disappoint! It is kind of in the ‘middle of nowhere’ but it’s a true gem! The rough wood tables are BEAUTIFUL. I’m obsessed with the dark wood and feel of this place. Enough about how it looks… They have a pretty good selection of craft beer here. I mean it’s hard to find a bar on my side of OC that has Rushing Duck, Keegan Ales, Newburgh Brewing Co, Bell’s and Captain Lawrence, among others except maybe driving all the way out to the loud and too rambunctious for me waterfront. The food was great also. I went on a Saturday afternoon and just got appetizers and beers. Had such a pleasant experience with the bartender(didn’t catch his name had glasses and a star tattoo near his eye) that I took my friend here for a lunch a few days later. She got an Italian combo(which she loved) and I got the Spanish cheese steak(SOGOOD!!!) We had a different server this time but he was just as awesome(really tall guy with a prohibition undercut) My boyfriend was so impressed with this place that he is actually going to have his ‘Bön voyage’ lunch here with his coworkers! He’s driving from Monroe because this place was just so chill!

My friend and I went there for lunch today. We picked it because we had a time limit, and she lives down the street. The space is lovely! The taproom is a very pretty space with beautiful wood tables and a nice bar. The lunch menu was small, sandwiches, some hot appetizers and desserts. We ordered the buffalo mozzarella sticks with the bacon blue cheese aoli to share, and she ordered the chicken cutlet sandwich with lettuce and I ordered the reuben. The mozzarella sticks were just warm when they were served, and only with straight up blue cheese. Which is a shame because the aoli sounded delicious. My friend’s sandwich was served with lettuce, tomato and american cheese. She doesn’t eat tomato or american cheese, nor had she ordered them, but they were easy enough to pick off. My rueben was tasty, but nothing special. As a side there were potato chips, but they looked like the bottom of the bag, broken and crumby. I’d recommend homemade chips(they are easy enough) or serve with individual small bags. After lunch we walked across the hall to the marketplace. It was adorable! A nice variety of items, even necessities like aspirin and band aides. The beer cave has a nice selection and is definitely worth a look. I’ve heard nice things about their dinner service, so I’d be open to trying it. I’m not against coming back, it’s all small things that need improvement and could easily be done. If you’re in the area the marketplace is worth a visit.
