One of my favorite quick-stop places. Noodle bar to make soup, many options to personalize soup. The soup servings are very large. I am usually stuffed full before I can even finish the bowl. They also have a menu with chicken, spring rolls, etc. Phở also has several varieties of bubble tea, hot tea, and cold drinks. Look forward to going here every time I am in the area and find myself missing it when I am too far to stop by.

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had, the atmosphere is pleasant and I love how this place is decorated. It kind of works like subway or chipotle, they talk you through everything and you order like you would at subway. The spring rolls are amazing, I recommend this place to everyone

PHO Ever Noodles is my go to place to eat now that I found the hidden little restaurant. My obsession has grown every single time I’ve eaten there. I always, without a doubt«make my own soup» there which never lets me down and is always just delicious. I get the thick rice noodles which is super healthy for you rather than regular noodles, along with beef, carrots, mushrooms, and chili pepper to top it off along with beef broth. I usually go there for lunch which is perfect or right after work since it is right down the road and bring it home to eat. One night I went in and I’m not sure if he was the owner, but I would assume so, he was the nicest man, along with every single worker there that I have come encounter with. But he made sure I was happy with my meal and I am just overjoyed and pleased with this place. Atmosphere great, food spectacular, and just an overall relaxing and happy place to be. Would definitely recommend going here if you’re in the mood some delicious soup, it’s so yummy & healthy!

This was not my best experience. The Phở broth lacked flavor and tasted like water. In no way did it live up to the commercial, which stated that the Phở cooks for several hours and sources the best meats. There were a few small pieces of meat at best. It was very disappointing to both me and my companion, and we have been big fans of Vietnamese food for our entire lives.

The owner is from my hometown in New York City! Even though its not as great as the ones in NYC, the food is still pretty great! The best in upstate I’ve had so far for sure. I got it to go, so the food wasn’t as freshly served, but still really good. I got the phở noodles w/beef balls. The soup was flavorful. I was happy that it came with sirarcha & hoisin sauce already mixed on the side. The fried spring rolls were amazing! It came 4 per order. Each one is pretty tiny, but they were so good. I will definitely go back for more! I got lychee bubble tea as well. I didn’t expect it to be milky, but it tastes just like the lychee jellies from the Chinese supermarkets. The bubbles are tiny compared to the ones in flushing. Next time I will try something less fruity.

A co-worker recommended this place. When we got to the counter, the server talked us through ordering. It is basically like a Moe’s or Subway but for phở. The broth was bland, but there were plenty of sauces on the table to spice it up. My son ordered his with jalapeño, and he said his broth was perfect; so it depends on what you order in your phở. The bubble tea was great. Slightly sweeter than what I was used to, but that could have been the flavor I ordered. It is a small place, but the décor is interesting.

Unfortunately the beef broth for phở was too plain and flavorless today. I tried my best to enjoy by adding red sauce, onions and peppers but did not work well. It was more watery flavor today. Flavor of the beef broth has not been consistent. The noodle was overcooked today. However summer rolls and vegetables were all fresh.

It’s the Moe’s of phos. Create your own dish made right in front of you. Fresh tasty ingredients. Broth could be a little more flavored but I appreciate it wasn’t full of sodium. Great value and manager was very friendly. Located conveniently to the new Hampton Inn in New Hartford.

Ordered beef phở and dumplings out to go. Food was alright except for the broth, which was more watery(and tasteless) than I usually like. Still, would go back again. Not bad for the area.

I just resently went here and I’m a huge bubble tea lover and their bubble tea was great! One thing I will say tho Is that the smoothies are a little to artificial although it was great I still would say the smoothie needed a little more work. I would recommend that you have the tea instead. Over all the boba was awesome! Defiantly recommend

I wouldnt consider it authentic phở. Defiently not the best in the area the broth is watered down and they are very stingy with noodles and pretty much everything. I would compare it to like the subway of soup it’s ok not the best

I had the Hanoi Lettuce wraps: Grilled Chicken, Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Vermicelli, and Lettuce served with Sweet Sesame Chili and Peanuts Sauce and my wife had them make a phở noodle custom soup kind of thing. Overall it was DELICIOUS. Really nice place and friendly people who seemed to sincerely want customers to have a great experience. We will go back soon for sure. Liked it a lot!(outside seating too)

Love the Thai bubble tea and Taro Tea, Food is great too! Nice and very cozy restaurant. Service is good and staffs are accommodating! I give it 4stars because the lady that takes order always confuses me to a different customer that orders Milk tea. But other than that food and drinks are DELISH!

Love it. Great Phở and Fresh Summer Rolls Love their phở(beef slice). You pick your garnishes and vegetables. Their summer rolls with shrimp are great too!

I wouldn’t say the food is anything spectacular. You have to add a lot of sauce because it’s kind of bland otherwise. The food from Phở Mekong is much more flavorful. Also, the beef was kind of discolored last time which was a bit off-putting. I didn’t get sick or anything, but it didn’t look so good. However, I really like the idea behind this place. It has a nice atmosphere and makes you feel like you’re on a tropical vacation when you go inside. Some people might find the seating arrangement awkward. The bubble tea is really good, and they have tons of flavors. The people working there are pretty friendly as well. I like everything about this place except the taste of the food. Go to Phở Mekong for the food and Phở Ever Noodles for the atmosphere.

Inedible. Summer rolls were not good. Lettuce wraps had chicken which was sinew, cartilage and gristle. Lettuce was browning. Never again.

I’m not a expert in Phở but I find this Ok, Our favorite is the chicken vermicelli. I understand is a little more expensive than the Utica Phở? But here is a nicer place to seat down and have a good meal. They have their ups and downs in service but they have a friendly staff. Really around here(Utica and surrounding) we only have ok places to eat.

The phở is pretty good. I like the idea that he basically took the Chipotle/Subway method to let the customer pick the ingredients before putting the hot broth on top. Priced a little higher because it’s in New Hartford, but still quite good. Owner is from NYC and I think he’s onto something here… very cheerful place as well(kinda the tropical wood bench feel with lots of plants).

Fast friendly service. The Phở was seasoned well and flavorful. At first I thought i was in a Hawaiian eatery with all the bamboo and palm trees.

This is my new favorite go-to restaurant in Central New York. The phở is flavorful, delicious, and it is made to order. For those who haven’t been here yet, it works like Chipotle or Subway. You stand at the counter and pick out what you want in your phở/soup and they make it in front of you. There is a selection of noodles, protein, vegetables, etc., so you can customize it to your taste. There is a variety of bubble tea flavors, my personal favorites being red bean and watermelon. You can get it on ice or blended, though I much prefer on ice. Their spring rolls and summer rolls are perfection and made fresh. It is apparent that they take great pride in each dish and drink they serve. Every time I have gone there the staff has been really warm and friendly and make each order with care. Also, the place is really clean and has a great atmosphere and a modern vibe. This is fast-casual at its best.
