The waitress was kind. The pizza lunch buffet is mediocre. The salad was fresh. The low score reflects the Manager’s decision to not take input on what kind of pizza to put out for the buffet. A change from past experience at other Pizza Hut buffets. I guess satisfying the customer is not the top priority at this particular Pizza Hut.

Despite negative reviews, I’ve never had a problem with this place. The food is always good and I’ve never had to sent anything back, the dining room is clean, however, customer service needs to be stepped up, since majority of the workers talk instead of waiting on tables or helping costumers pick up their orders.

So for some ODD reason my cousin wanted PIZZAHUT for lunch, despite all of the other options on Seneca turnpike. I wasn’t in the mood for pizza but I agreed because she’s pregnant and the #1 rule is: NEVER argue with a pregnant woman, especially when it comes to food.(Now when I look back, I wish I did) Soooo, we went for the lunch Buffet around 1 I believe? The place wasn’t packed, there were prolly 4 or 5 booths filled. Our server took our drink orders and we were off to the Buffet. First off– they didn’t have any plates at the buffet… Joy… So I stood there waiting for a plate like a moron… They have basic salad(bagged lettuce you can get at Walmart– not even fresh) with lots of toppings including cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, etc. not very many options for dressing(they have your basic blue cheese, ranch, thousand island, creamy Italian & oil+vinegar) I was hoping for a fat free dressing or balsamic vinegrette… SIGH… So I ate the salad… Next was the pizza. They had pepperoni, cheese(that looked 4 days old) some Hawaiian style, buffalo chicken, & supreme. I waited until they brought fresh pepperoni out… It was edible to say the least. My stomach felt off for the entire day after eating there. I haven’t eaten anything all day since lunch time, and I feel NAUSEOUS! Go across the street to ZEBBS instead. Or anywhere for that matter. The buffet was $ 9.99… You can get a good meal ANYWHERE for about the same price and leave happy!(And won’t feel sick for the entire day after) …

Came here for the lunch buffet. Disappointing. Very few vegetarian options. They should make pizzas with mushrooms, green peppers and onions too — not just sausage and bbq chicken. The pasta was covered in burned cheese — not at all edible. They should take pizza topping requests from customers like the other chains do. And $ 6.99 for the buffet? No thank you!
