Uno Pizzeria & Grill

We are regulars at this establishment and believe it or not we go to UNOs a Pizza place for a steak dinner. They have a large menu and offer frequent discounts through their Insider frequent diners program. Staff is friendly and efficient. And as a rule we always have a good meal here. Parking can be a challenge as restaurant shares parking with local Movie Theater and several other establishments in the Orchard Strip Mall.

I’ve came here many times and never have any issues, service is always good and they have the nicest servers. The food is excellent!

With many family owned 5 star restaurants within a few miles of our home, we seldom eat and avoid chains. However I got a $ 10 off coupon in the mail, so we decided to try Uno’s in New Hartford, NY
We were totally surprised at the food. Guess what — the food was great. My GF got a 6oz medium rare steak with mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Everything was perfect — she had special requests for the potatoes and broccoli. no problem. they got it right.
I has sirloin tips, medium well, broccoli and farro salad side. The meat was delicious, cooked perfect, seasoned awesome. what a great tasting meal.
They had mini deserts, I had peanut butter cup with ice cream and my GF had a cookie sundae that tasted just out of the oven with vanilla ice cream and syrup. Both DELICIOUS and perfect size.

Service was really good and during the meal the manager came by to see if we were happy.
Nice atmosphere. Very surprising overall. Giant menu with all kinds of unique stuff and the pizza’s we saw looked awesome. Next time I try the pizza.
I never thought we’d like a chain so much — but it feels like and tastes like a family owned restaurant. We will go back for sure. By the way they have a Gluten free menu too.

Uno’s is located in the same plaza as the Marquee Cinema, which makes it a convenient spot to grab a bite before watching a movie. I’ve had most of the food on the menu, but mostly order the «ROASTED EGGPLANT, SPINACH & FETA Pizza.» Since it is a big pizza I, recommend the half order, unless you want leftovers and in that case, do get the full size. Their servers are friendly, and attentive– I have no complaints with regards to the staff. The alcoholic drinks are okay, sub par at best, but that’s to be expected from a chain restaurant.

Ordered two deep dish pizza’s to go. one with everything and the othEr with veggies. I should have ordered from our local pizza places because this wasn’t to good. The bottom crust was still soft and uncooked and the toppings looked like they just threw them on.

One of my favorite restaurants. They have awesome frozen margaritas. The whole staff is so friendly and attentive and they have a lot of gluten free options as well. This is my #1 choice for dinner when I’m in the area!

The food and the service was great. Everything came out quickly and it was all delicious. I personally recommend one of the flat breads, as we had two at our table and they were both outstanding. Our server was very nice. We had a very enjoyable lunch for a great price in a reasonable amount of time.

Service wasn’t bad but it was some of the worst food I’ve eaten. Don’t count on the pictures in the menu to choose your dinner. Talk about false advertising. We went for snacks after a movie. I got the chi something or other sample platter. Isn’t fried food supposed to be crispy? Instead it was soggy, cold and dripping in oil. I refused to finish it. I would have complained but my husband hates doing that soo we paid WAY too much for our meal and left hungry. ave your $$ and go… anywhere else.

What’s not to love about Uno’s? The prices are a little high but the deep dish is near as Chicago as you’ll get without going to Illinois. Try the nachos too… hearty and filling. Sundays are great ½ price all day on apps at the bar which makes the games even more fun.
