Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to use Cohen’s Key Shop because they waited until they were already late for the appointment to call to inform me that they were running late due to two emergency calls they had received. The representative was extremely polite but the lack of consideration for my time is deplorable. If they had bothered to call me when they knew they would be late and not when they already were late, I would have gladly rescheduled with them. The thought of taking yet another morning off work to wait for an unreliable company does not sit well with me. I guess I’ll be searching Unilocal for other options.
