This is a very fine cooperative art gallery showing all visual arts in a large open space. It is also a venue for occasional musical and dramatic events. Every month brings a new show and new work. I’ve followed the gallery schedule at KLG for several years and I am almost always impressed with the quality of the art shown there. It is a member managed organization and new artists are juried by the existing membership. It is not necessarily a sales driven gallery but a home for the work of the more than 20 members who exhibit there. I’m almost always impressed by the lack of the trendiness and vapidity that often taints the more commercial art galleries driven by the need for $.
