I thought I had a major issue with my car on a dirt road. Called triple A. They called Midstate who talked to me directly to get my location, He even gave me his cell phone Number to call. It took the driver 10 mins to get to my location. We discovered that I didn’t need towing only a minor adjustment (dislodging a stone… yes embarrassing). The driver was very friendly and understanding. He didn’t charge me. I recommend this service.

Avoid this company! I have been waiting over 2.5 hours for them to drive 10 miles and help me out. My battery is dead and I’m freezing in 25 degrees. Not happy about their service at all.
