Ok so I ordered online at this unprofessional place. I get a call from someone who clearly wasn’t trained to call people almost 2 hours after my order .She tells me we have to cancel your order we are having trouble delivering and hung up. I had to call for a refund and they did not apologize nor offered a meal on the house or nothing. This was done to me before and this is the last time.

If you are looking for lemon pepper wings then this isn’t the place. They fried the wings too hard, they use a «zingy» lemon pepper which is too salty. That combined with the wings fried too hard there’s barely any meat to enjoy. For the most part ice enjoyed the few times I’ve eaten food from this place.

The food was good. Fresh fries. The wing flavors are wide in variety and tasty. Price is reasonable. The establishment’s biggest problem is service. This place is very slow. Instructions to pick up in 10 minutes will easily be at least 20. Not sure if it’s worth the wait.

Not good ! Wings are small and full of old oil. Don’t bother, the prices are all blocked out. Not the cleanest looking place. Wings express in west haven is way better.

I have had wings everywhere possible in ct and this place was the worst. It was completely dirty and the wings were really tiny and really greasy. hate to say it but I would never, ever step foot in this nasty place again

The place to go for wings in New Haven. The owner is friendly, the food is tasty, and the ranch is homemade. Have had bad experiences with S’wings and despise Buffalo Wild Wings — it’s just no way to live. Plenty of delicious flavors and some excellent sides (mac and cheese highly recommended), it’s wing MADNESS!

I have to admit, this is a very good place to get Wings. I’ve tried several different flavors of Wings and so far I like all of them. I am a fan of the crisp vege sticks, dinner roll, and the mac & cheese. If likes Wings then you should give this place a try. People there are friendly as well.
