Don’t really have anything good to say. I’ll start off by recommending that you do not take your computer here… When someone drops a computer off, requesting an estimate for repair costs, they are expecting just that. Before moving forward and«fixing» anything, a phone call should be made. The only phone call received was days later. Apparently the computer was ready. Huh? Turns out they decided to go ahead and«fix» the computer without ever receiving permission to do so. What does one do in this situation? The decision was to pay the bill and never do business with this company again. The laptop gets put away for a few weeks. It’s an extra one and doesn’t get used often. After starting it up it’s blatantly obvious that NOTHING was fixed. Laptop and very unhappy owner go back to the store. Store owner tries to talk to customer as if she’s clueless. Not working. Store owner then acts as if he’s doing the customer a personal favor by fixing/performing services that were supposed to be done and were already paid for. Horrible experience all around. Very unprofessional and awful customer service. Bad, bad, bad.
