Domino’s Pizza

I don’t expect a lot from these guys knowing their reputation for cheap pizzas and sub-​par food, but even while intoxicated I couldn’t stomach this. Pizzas came way over cooked and one of them even burnt. The stuffed cheese bread was almost all dough and the cheese hadn’t even melted. After ordering from here a few times and always being let down, I’m now led to believe that the whole entire staff is wearing blindfolds to let this poor excuse for food walk out the door. I’m disgusted and will not be ordering from them again, I’ll take jacks frozen pizza over this any day!

Lindsey is disgusting and rude! Not a lot of things are open late around us in the suburbs placed an order at 11:40 pm they don’t close until 1 a.m. we called twice to check on our food. finally after waiting an hour she told us we can either keep waiting or we can cancel it… we decided to cancel why would we pay full price for a cold pizza we waited an hour for and were quoted no longer than 30 minute wait??? seriously, never want to order from this place again until I can speak to her manager somebody teach this woman customer service!

Great place to order food to pick up or delivery.

Ordered a pizza, one large two topping pizza for lunch. An hour and 15 minutes later, still no pizza. When I called to see if someone was coming, and still no pizza. We just asked to refund our card. Worst service ever. Still hungry.

I like Domino’s pizza, but the service here needs improvement. The last (and final) time I visited the facility, I witnessed the ‘supervisor’ bitch and moan and complain to her co-​workers about some lost chicken wing order. The poor kid (looked like his first day) just had a look of horror on his face as this woman continued to literally freak out (she was oblivious, because most ‘managers’ wouldn’t do this in front of a customer.) I have not and will not return to this location. Rumor has it they are building a new store across the street… hope it comes with a new staff. I have since given my business to the facility at W. Broadway and Bass Lake Rd.

Could not believe my order on top of my service! It makes me look at dominoes in a whole new light. I actually used to really enjoy Dominoes, until this experience literally had me in tears. I just moved to this area and placed a late night order (around 11:30pm) last Saturday night. I had placed it online first, then when I double checked my order I noticed one of the toppings were wrong. So promptly I had called in to let them know, they did not sound very happy to change this for me and was rude to me on the phone and added on an extra 45 mins to my delivery time. I agreed to it, even though I thought it was ridiculous because the website had sad delivery time would be 20 minutes, but I did not complain. Finally, when I received my pizza and my order of cinnastix – a little over an hour later, the pizza was just terrible! It looked as if they had just switched the toppings around from my last order and threw it back in the oven that way. It arrived cold and half of it was hard as if it was sitting for a while and had been reheated, overly reheated at that because what was supposed to be original hand tossed crust, came out to be extremely hard and crunchy. I could not even eat it and it went to waste. My cinnamon sticks were well undercooked and arrived with barely any cinnamon and sugar, and was just dripping with oil that looked and tasted like it was poured on top. Immediately had me sick and went to waste as well. On top of that they did not provide the icing that normally goes with it! And that’s not all, they gave me 2 orders of these (cooked exactly the same without any icing) and charged me for two when I only ordered one. After this I decided to make a call to them and complain about everything that myself and my children had experienced and they were conveniently closed at this time. I was definitely not happy. I couldn’t even call about it the next day. They wouldn’t do anything about it. So with getting my order wrong, having an extended waiting period, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced, oh-​and being over charged, we were left with nothing satisfactory, and they couldn’t even make it right the next day. Let’s just say Dominoes went from being one of few places I call for pizza delivery, to a place I will NEVER eat at again and a place I would just like to completely wipe from my memory. Worst possible experience with food service EVER! I was nice and even tipped my driver extra for me having to call back right away to make sure my order was correct and that set off a whole chain of events. They will never receive my business again, and it’s sad to say I am one of the few people still around that liked Dominoes! Hopefully this review will open some eyes and maybe make some people realize why their business could possibly be failing. Ugh, still leaves the worst taste in my mouth and the thoughts make me want to vomit. The whole experience was a disaster and I will not be making the same mistake twice. Dominoes just lost a valued customer and I am sure they will continue to lose more and more as the time goes by. There is no hope left for them in my eyes. I never write reviews, but after having to go through this, it got to me that much I felt I needed to share this with as many people as I can. Please everyone, «Beware of the Dominoes Pizza on Winnetka!» And if you are brave enough to take a chance with them, try to make sure you are as clear as can be with them, otherwise I am almost positive you will have a similar experience. #idontcomplainunlessitsabsolutelynecessary
