My friendly highly recommended this place so I ordered half pound of truffles. This place has some distinctive flavor. One of the special one I tried was the spicy truffle and chocolate. It is very different compare to the lindt brand. The sea salt one actually is more on the salty side so you don’t taste much of the cbocolate. Pierre also has its own chocolate bar which is very rich and flavorful. I was only disappointed that it was out for the common espresso bean chocolate.

Amazing! Get anything Dark Chocolate especially with the Carmel’s and the Salt. Also got their Easter eggs last year, dark chocolate. To DIE for!!!

I hesitate to write just how wonderful the chocolates are from Pierre. For years, when I lived in NYC, I would go out of my way to buy double dark truffles whenever I was anywhere near New Hope. Pierre added a caramel double dark a couple of years ago. Oh MY! Pierre’s chocolates compare well with the most expensive ones in New York, but for less than half the cost. I have never found any chocolates that compare with his for the price. I only hesitate because I don’t want him to run out of my favorite items.
P. S. the turtles are to die for and the 60+ chocolate is great.

I knew Pierre and Jinny when they had their bakery in Center Moriches, NY. I’m certain his chocolates are at least as wonderful as his pastries, and in that case, what a treat!

This is a chocolate-​covered peanut of a shop — but not to be underestimated. All the chocolates are handmade on-​site and it is a battle of will power to depart the premises without purchasing one of everything. They are miniature masterpieces. Each resembles a work of art and are absolutely decadent.
Cashews and almonds look as if they are individually draped in blankets of dark chocolate. Turtles so elegant they almost need names to introduce them. Pierre’s creates magic with chocolate. Simply the best chocolate in the universe.
