I’m a carnivore and I LOVESTHISRESTAURANT! The food was fresh, inventive, and delicious. The service was AAA++++. Our server was so pleasant and friendly. Also, I love how when I left I felt energized and healthy and not lethargic! We will definitely be back!

By far my favorite restaurant of all time. My family and I come here for every occasion — dishes are seasonal but you literally cannot go wrong with any of them. I was born and raised vegetarian, and was vegan for 3.5 years until recently so I have an appreciation of restaurants such as this one. The Oyster Mushroom Po’ Boy is my favorite sandwich in the world — and I don’t even like mushrooms!!! But I love these. Every dessert is to DIE for, but especially the Tiramisu. For an appetizer, I highly recommend the potato wedges with the aioli. Ah my mouth is just watering thinking about all of it.

This is about as good as it gets for ANY restaurant food — vegan or otherwise. I’m vegan and my mom is on a restricted diet for health reasons, and this restaurant was perfect for our dinner. Ingredients are seasonal, so the menu changes appropriately. I can especially recommend the chickpea-sweetpotato griddle cakes and the oyster mushroom po boy that are part of the winter menu. The teas are also wonderful. If you are in doubt about adopting a vegan diet, go here for lunch or dinner — it will change your mind and make you a convert. Delicious!

Overall the food was really good, the service was great, and everything was really clean and comfortable. I think some of the dishes were a bit bland(the broccoli was sort of meh) but the rest of the food that I had was great.

Great inventive vegan food. Would love to have more gluten free options on the lunch menu. I love a good sandwich but can’t do the wheat bread. Looking forward to going back. Wish it was closer and that dinners were less expensive so I could visit more often. Thanks for your hard work!

We had never eaten at a vegan restaurant and didn’t know what to expect, but the reviews were good, so we tried it. The food was different from anything we had ever had before. I had the mushroom paella(made without olives, at my request); my wife had the cornmeal-crusted tempeh with roasted Brussels sprouts. Both were delicious.

We went to the Sprig and Vine about a week ago and we really loved the food. The menu is very unique and ever changing, the food is very fresh and well seasoned, and the presentation of the food is like art. My boyfriend and I split 5 of the«small plates» between us plus dessert and we left totally stuffed, but since it’s vegetarian and vegan I didn’t feel«heavy» afterwards. We definitely recommend the the spicy tofu tacos and the tiramisu for dessert. However, I have one critique: The Sprig and Vine had almost no décor. It was very bland inside — everything seemed to be colored brown. My suggestion would be to add some artistic accents to the walls and add in some greenery such as big potted ferns, maybe some«sprigs» of fresh herbs on the tables or flowers/plants in vases around the restaurant — it could really perk the place up.

My first vegan restaurant experience. I could eat here every day. We had quite a few appetizers and main courses. All were delicious. Kudos to the chef!

This place is amazing! I have dined here 3 times, basically anytime I am in New Hope I make it a point to come here. The flavors that they come up with are so good, very distinct yet nothing overpowers the dish itself be it a soup, salad, or main course. If you like appetizers get the green olives, so good! Good place to park,(you have to pay) dine, then go walk around New Hope.

I remember it like it was yesterday. I first visited this venue during my very first exploration into the charming town of New Hope. My boyfriend had suggested that I expand my horizons and try vegetarian cuisine. It was my very first time and I fell in love! I remember saying that if all vegetarian food tastes like this I would have no problem giving up meat and animal products. Over the years I’ve tried a number of items… The soup of the day(always a different kind every time I walk in there) is a sure first way to get started. A salad or sandwich to follow but make sure you leave room for dessert. Their coconut milk based sweets are absolutely scrumptious!

I mean wow. I generally like vegan food, but my instinctual bias is that it will not fill up my belly and the tofu scramble is… well. A tofu scramble. NOT the case. It was at least six months ago when we ate here, but I still day dream about the cream of mushroom soup — what? That’s right; I said it — dreams about cream of mushroom soup. I think they must have sprinkled a magical potion on top. You see where I’m going with this… I’ll waste no more of your time. Go here. Now.

We really wanted to try this Vegan restaurant, it offers a unique menu and a type of cuisine that you don’t see too often. Came for lunch on a Saturday and the staff seemed extremely overwhelmed, there were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant. We waited a bit to be seated and even longer for our food. The food was good so it made up for most of the waiting, I ordered the oyster mushroom po’boy and we had a stew and multi grain bread to start. Nice venue, cool menu just needed to be a bit more organized and efficient.

I’d like to start this with a note that I’ve been living in San Francisco for 14+ years, so that might have colored my perception. The food was fresh and it was certainly good but not exceptional and the prices seemed high for the quality and amount served. However, it was really neat to find a place area that was vegan. The wait staff was nice but not overly friendly(again, maybe this is a reflection of cultural attitudes). After we ordered(around 7pm) we waited one full hour for our food to arrive. No explanation from the waiter, and I suspect we might still be waiting if one of our party hadn’t asked what was going on. For the record, it was a busy Saturday night but by no means was the place packed. The waiter comped our appetizers but we never received any explanation as to what caused the excessive delay. Overall, not bad but a bit spendy for a vegan place and if you don’t have at least 2 hours to spend then don’t press your luck here.

This place was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I’m vegan but all of my friends are meat eaters. I never thought we would find a vegan restaurant that they would like! My friend and I had a wonderful meal here — we shared a salad, three small plates and each got desert. She lives in the area and kept talking about how she can’t wait to take her boyfriend here for dinner.(I can’t wait to visit again just so we can go here!!) :)

I’ve been to Sprig & Vine twice already, once for Sunday Brunch and another time for a lunch. As a non-vegan, it’s so satisfying to find a good, classy, yet affordable place to be able to take my vegan boyfriend. Everything on the menu is so incredibly fresh, and I appreciate how the menu will switch up every so often to keep customers coming back for the new dishes they have to try. They do have gift cards but they are only available when you actually go into the location.(A bit annoying for me since I live in NJ, but I was willing to make the drive since my boyfriend is head-over-heels for this place!) We’ll probably be customers for a long time at this location.

We drove in from Northern NJ for the day to visit the nearby lavender farm and hoped to spend a few hours of the afternoon in New Hope and Lambertville. It was pretty rainy so most of that plan got scratched but I’m so happy we made the drive to New Hope to check out Sprig and Vine. The lunch menu was incredible. I really couldn’t decide what to eat. I am a vegetarian and all the meals looked so amazing. My meat-eating sister and her boyfriend were also equally intrigued by the menu. Our waitress was super patient and great at answering our questions like«Would your recommend this or that??» And she gave us great reasons why. For example, she recommended the Zucchini sandwich over the edemame Falafel since you can get falafels easily elsewhere and the sandwich was unique to them. Made a lot of sense. Sandwiches are cut in half so my sister and I each ordered something different so we could try both. I got the zucchini and she got the barbecue tempeh wrap. I also got some greens as a side dish. Everything tasted so fresh and healthy. I felt amazing leaving the place. I also really enjoyed that they had Kombucha on the drinks menu. I tried the cola soda Kombucha. Not my favorite Kombucha I’ve ever had but it good and I’m glad I tried it. My sister really liked it.

We are vegan and also gluten free. Menu was 100% vegan and everything gf was labeled on the menu so it was awesome from the start. I ordered the tempeh and my daughter had the jerk grilled tofu and a side of mushrooms. Everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Proportions were a great size for the price(not too overpriced anyway) and we even had leftovers to take home. Waitstaff was also very nice and helpful with making sure what we ordered would be safe and gluten free. We can’t wait to come back!

I really loved my meal here! My friend and I went for lunch and we both got the «BLACKBEAN&POTATOCHILIBURRITO– avocado-cashew sour cream | smoked paprika rice | chipotle-carrot-cabbage slaw | shredded lettuce» for 12 dollars. It comes on a plate with a small side salad(I could take or leave the salad, nothing special). The burrito was big and filling and so different from any burrito we have ever had. We were both full and completely satisfied. My friend made a good point that there was a lot of ‘texture’. We decided to split a dessert because even though we were full, our sweet compartment still had room. We ordered the: «ALMONDPEARTART– almond crust | coconut-roasted pear purée | orange blossom & pink peppercorn ice cream». It was very good, very sweet. The peppercorn ice-cream…it had pepper in it. I didn’t like that part, but my friend will eat anything and had no problem scarfing it down. I will definitely be back to explore the menu again or even just for that burrito.
