We came here twice during our trip — once for lunch, and once late night. Along with food, they have a full bar, although for beer they only serve their own(understandably). We tried quite a bit of the food since we ended up here twice. For appetizers, we tried the pretzels and the nachos. For main entrees, my girlfriend got the tofu and I got the bratwurst. We both really liked the appetizers, and I was happy with my entrée. My girlfriend felt that the tofu was a bit odd in it’s flavor combinations of sweet and spicy. As for drinks, I got the sampler so I was able to try all of their current offerings. This was definitely a good deal at $ 15 for 85oz pours. They weren’t bad by any stretch, but they weren’t outstanding either. My favorites were their Amarillo IPA and their Amber Ale. If you want to go for something unique, give their smoked beer a try if they have it on tap — Rauchbier. My girlfriend had wine and an espresso martini, which she said was done well. The waiter and bartenders that we had were friendly and attentive. There are two pool tables and a dartboard here which definitely make a nice addition(something I wish every bar had!). They also had live music both for lunch and late night when we were there. Parking in the lot out front is generally easy to find and cheap. All in all, I like the place and I know I’ll make a stop here on my next visit to New Hope.

Triumph Brewery is my favorite restaurant. I always come here with friends or family and we don’t know what to order because there are so many great options. Being that I’m vegetarian, I like how Triumph caters to us vegetarians! They offer several vegetarian options, all using local and seasonal ingredients. I like how they switch up the menu based off of which ingredients are in season. Some of my favorites are: the nachos, the flatbread appetizer, the pretzels with mustard but don’t forget to add fondue cheese to make it 1000x better!!, and the veggie sandwich(it is pretty much a quinoa burger, but with amazing toppings like red onions, beets, cheese, & micro greens).

Good food, and KILLER live music. My sister and I went to see driftwood Indian here, and to check out the venue. We had several apps, and beers. The nachos are good, and made of fresh tortillas. They have a sauce like Mack and cheese and a generous amount of meat. We also tried the flat bread, which was savory, delicious, and cheesy. For the beer I was a huge fan of the amber ale. It seems like it would be a pretty universally acceptable ale.

Amazing place, from the outside it does not look as spacious and cozy. Their food menu is short and leaves something to be desired. HOWEVER, their desserts are literally the greatest thing you will ever have. Their ice creams vary, but if the option for maple bacon ice cream presents itself, you take it. YOUTAKEIT. The German chocolate cake is incredible too. Their drink menu is literally twice the length of their food menu. But they’re a brewing company, so that kinda makes sense. But i’d still like more of a food selection. The wait staff was super friendly and helpful and nice. 8/10, would recommend.

Experienced a 25 minute wait and had to ask twice before a waiter came to our table. 35 minutes in still no water or drinks but what the hell, food is decent as is the beer so I’d be back

Décor: Awesome urban feel, with tasteful holiday décor. Had an area wih two pool tables for chilling, loved it. Service: Great staff, knowledgeable, very accommodating. We showed up Tues afternoon with no reservations, trying to get a tour of the brewery. They checked with the brewmaster, and he came right now to offer us a personal tour. He was a great guy who knew his stuff, I’d a great time just chit chatting with him. Food: Butternut squash bisque — one of the best I’ve had, we devoured it, light truffle oil was the cherry on top. Adobe pork taco — AMAZING. so freaking good, they double fry the chips so they’re super crispy, perfect balance of savory, sweet, tang, spice. Def get the guac for $ 1 more. Beer Tasting: Def get this, $ 13. Rotating beers, we like almost all 7 that were there that day and got a half growler of the amber ale($ 13, toats worth it). They also had his smoke beer that I liked and thought was interesting but the BF did not. Overall: Great selection of menu items and rotating tap beers. Amazing experience, would def bring family and friends back here for a meal, beer, good times, and brewery tour.

Went to Triumph with a friend on Dec 26 around dinnertime. We only wanted a beer and a wine and to share an appetizer as we had a big late lunch. We were seated on the second floor. Waitress was CLEARLY not happy about this — -we got the vibes she wanted us to order big and tip big. Beer and wine were fine. We had an extremely«odd» flatbread. As I said waitress was not the Goodwill Ambassador for Triumph Brewery. Would choose a place next time where they are happier to wait on us no matter what we ordered! I’m less interested in what Bucks County farm produced the cheese on the flatbread and more interested in pleasant service! I don’t care if the the artichokes on the flatbread were picked humanely — I do care if you aren’t happy to have me as a customer!

3rd or 4th time here. The food is very inconsistent in both portion size and taste. Beer is good. Pool tables and patio are awesome.

I visited Triumph on a chilly November day and I really enjoyed my time at the brewery’s HQ. The bright, open space was surprisingly large for being tucked away in a retail park and overlooked the quaint little train that runs back and forth for tours. As always, I enjoyed the brews, which JJ and I complimented with burgers. Perfectly buttered buns, huge beef patties, and tasty fries rounded out the burger entrees and I left satiated. This is my usual recommendation to friends who visit New Hope for the first time, and it goes over like gangbusters. Kudos to the huge parking lot right outside the brewery, which served as a good jumping off point for my trek down the hill to New Hope’s main drag.

Worst Bloody Mary EVER! Actually quite gross. The Turkey Club came with sparse scrap pieces of turkey. Waitress took it off bill. Fries over cooked. Don’t even bother here.

Food is always clean and yummy and the beer is always cold. If you can’t decide what to try then try a few! .then walk off your buzz as you tour through historic Princeton on a nice day. I like coming here in the summer and fall.

Last night was the first time I came to Triumph. What a neat place in the heart of New Hope! On a Saturday night, it was bumpin, filled with everyone from college frat kids to older families and friends there to just sit, eat, and watch the sports games on the giant screen tvs. The bar was crowded, the pool tables were filled, outdoor seating could be heard with laughter, and the upstairs was pleasantly piled in with groups of friends having a good time. There was a cover charge and an ID check in if you wanted to just go to the bar area, but we wanted some good grub food so we didn’t have to pay the cover. We were seated upstairs, a little more secluded from the loudness down below. The place is known for brewing and beer tasting, lists of different ales and such filled the menu and covered the surrounding tables. I am not a big beer fanatic so I decided on a white cranberry sangria that I spotted on the menu. It was amazing! Fresh cranberries floated on the top of my wine glass and it was the perfect taste of sweet sangria that I enjoyed. My friend had one too and he liked it. It wasn’t too«girly» for him at all! I ordered a turkey burger, which looked very pleasant, made with two slices of ciabatta bread. It was tasty but unfortunately I couldn’t finish because I did not know there was a spicy sauce spread on it and my lips started burning soon after. I am not a spice loving person so this was a let down. My friend ordered an appetizer of spring rolls which he also said was spicy but still good. Our waiter was very friendly. He was helpful and patient with us and made us feel really cared for. Overall a very nice atmosphere and restaurant to go to when you’re craving a drink or just a good time with your friends.

The Triumph Brewery Company is a great place to come and listen to a band, have some interesting home brewed beers and chill out. For New Hope this is a pretty big bar. The bar is large in size and the bartenders are very friendly. They are knowledgeable when it comes to selecting a beer. If you don’t like beer you can also get a mixed drink or glass of wine. The Triumph Brewing Company would be a great place to bring a date. They have seating outside on their patio, or sit inside. I started at the bar and worked my way outside. There are tables strategically placed all around. The look and feel of this brewery is very industrial. Brick walls, concrete floors, and touches of natural wood all around. When walking around you can see the brewing machines they use to make the different beers. After sampling a couple of beers the bartender recommended their Raspberry Wheat beer. I’ve tried many different flavored beer but never raspberry. It was very refreshing, and a bit sweet. You can really taste the raspberries.(The raspberries are local from Red Head Farm in Hammonton, Nj.) I really enjoyed this beer it has a pretty pink color. Happy Hour is Mon– Fri 5−7p. Beer is $ 3, Wine is 4, Mixed drinks $ 5. They have different themed nights. Texas Hold’em, Corn hole weather permitting, Paint Nite Philadelphia which requires you to purchase a ticket. Artists guide you step by step. There are many different bands so check out their schedule online… All of their food is locally grown, regional, and sustainable. It’s farm to table when it comes to their ingredients… The menu can change based on the season and what they can get locally. Each item on the menu also lets you know the farm and where the ingredients your eating is coming from. The menu itself has soups, salads, sandwiches, small plates, and entrees. I just wanted a little something to pick on so I tried the Flatbread with Eggplant, Cherry Tomatoes, Tahini, mozzarella, Za’atar,(middle eastern spice,) yogurt, and chickpeas. It tasted so very fresh and the presentation was beautiful. I really like the Za’atar yogurt it gave the dish a real earthy flavor. The eggplant was grilled, and the cherry tomatoes were very sweet. The chickpeas added some nice texture. I didn’t get a chance to see the band they played earlier This place is definitely a keeper. I look forward to returning…

Had a super awesome evening at the bar the other night. Jen was tending to us and provided top notch service. We noshed on the buffalo chicken spring rolls, nachos, and shrimp tacos. All I would totally orders again. Beers were a delight. I am not a beer drinker at all but I actually finished every last drop of my Raspberry Wheat. Super jazzed this place was put on my radar and I see many visits here in my foreseeable future.

My boyfriend and I visited this place over labor day weekend and it was great. Not too loud, beer was very good. My bf got the sampler for $ 15 and it was a great deal! he got to taste all the beers with a VERY generous amount served on each cup. We also had calamari for apps and they were very good! they truly tasted like fresh calamari and not that nasty, chewy, frozen calamari you sometimes get at subpar restaurants. The five stars are only for their craft beer(which is very good) and their apps.

Pretty cool looking spot just to hang out and grab a drink, play pool, watch a band. I suggest skipping the food though. Way overpriced for sub par items.

The service is friendly [slightly forced but I prefer that over rude any day.] and restaurant space itself is wide and spacious. I thought it was cool that you could see the beer fermentation tanks(?) from the seating upstairs. The food was a little lackluster, to be honest. The ingredients sounded nice and appearance was good but something was still missing in terms of flavor. My veggie burger was ok but my companion’s «steak salad» turned out to be a rather unimpressive three or four slivers of beef next to a *small* handful of frisee. It looked more like a garnish than a salad. If you’re here, try the nachos? Another table ordered them and they looked way better than our choices. Haha P. S. Some kid dropped a plastic dinosaur toy on the ground and I just watched it get stepped on over and over by restaurant patrons. Unnecessary tidbit of the day*

My first visit here today, and definitely not my last. This location is certainly better and nicer than the Princeton one. For those unfamiliar, even though they share a name, both menus and beer differ in each spot. I only tasted the Zitronenweizen(brewed with chamomile and lemongrass) but LOVED it. There are about 7 or so beers at any time, as well as wine and harder liquor. I only ate the nacho app today but it is money(as a spikey haired food pundit would say) If you are in the area near happy hour(ie 4 – 7 on weekdays) come here. Half price apps and $ 3 drafts make a soul happy indeed. 4 Unilocal for now and could increase with more exposure to the very interesting menu.

This place may have the most unfriendly staff(from the greeter and hostess, to the two servers who waited on us) I have ever encountered in a restaurant, especially considering New Hope is a resort town. If you’re that unhappy perhaps you should not be in the«hospitality» business. My wife and I ordered a pretzel appetizer and burgers, which arrived at the same time. The gentleman who served our food(different from the one who took our order) did not know which burger was medium-rare(the way I ordered mine) or medium(my wife’s). Turns out it didn’t matter since they were both cooked to medium. A pet peeve of mine, as almost EVERY restaurant overcooks their burgers. Oh, and I really dislike this new trend in which restaurants give you the condiments in small cups(to save money, I suppose); invariably I never have enough and have to track the server down for more. Finally, our waiter was too disinterested to notice our empty water glasses and bring us more, even though it was a warm day and we were clearly thirsty. New Hope is a pretty small town, so there isn’t an abundance of eateries to begin with, and I can’t recall ever having a really good meal here.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this Triumph beats the pants off the Princeton location! The outdoor patio area is great since they have high top tables and lounge tables for those who just want to get a drink and an app. Additionally, they have a good amount of outdoor seating for dining too. The space itself was really nicely put together and very clean. Plenty of people were there on the day we dropped in lounging outside with a beer and their pooch. We opted to keep it simple and grab an IPA and pretzels with the wasabi mustard dipping sauce which will be sure to clear your sinuses right up. Our server was very attentive and politely asked that if we decided to move to a dining table, to please alert him so that way he could close out our tab. We stayed put on the lounge chairs for a beer and a quick bite. The inside area is quite large, and pretty packed for a Sunday afternoon. Then again, who wouldn’t want to enjoy a cold one on such a beautiful Sunday afternoon? If you’re in New Hope and are into craft beer, Triumph is a must see. The food menu is always changing and everything I’ve had(at any location) has been spot on.
