Starbucks

First i’ll say that the employees here are kind and courteous. My call ahead order was ready in a few minutes. This more of a take-​out location, not really set up for sitting. There are only a few seats. They use a lot of the available space for retail goods!!! The parking lot is small and shared with many other stores so it’s a challenge to park. The internet is fast and works right outside where i am now. There is space for outdoor seating so i’m not sure why there isn’t any.

The staff is very nice and the place is kept very clean. The only reason I give it four stars is because the parking around lunch time is an absolute horror and the line is pretty much always out the door anywhere between 8Am and 5Pm. But this isn’t their fault. You can tell the baristas do their best to get your drinks out in an orderly and timely fashion. Coffee always tastes fresh and restrooms are also very clean.

This location is so unorganized. The only reason i keep coming back here is because i work around the corner. They need a formal training on how to keep a flow between the employees behind the counter.
On a positive note, all the employees are kind. There constantly new workers here, i guess they cant find stability.
Drinks come out good though i give them 4 stars.

I went to this Starbucks location last night and ordered a decaf iced coffee. It tasted really bitter and old. It is pretty obvious that they do not switch out their decaf and use it all day long which is disgusting and I can’t believe I paid for crap. Possibly the worst Starbucks I have been to.

Feb 14^th: Cheers to #Starbucksdate will be ending and can’t bear not to try the new drinks being promoted on this season, so, I asked the hubby to end our V day celebration at this location.
No line, less crowd and staffed. The staff did not give me trouble nor did not get any difficulty in what I have ordered which were the molten chocolate frappucino for myself and the regular mocha frap for husband. My drink has completed my day. Tasty, delicious and a truly fix for any craving. Love it, why ending it so soon. Glad I tried it.
The store has a big parking lot, good location and efficient staff.

I walked in and I walked out. The line for coffee was from the register to the door with loads of people waiting for their orders.
This was just convenient to the other places where I had stopped, but there is no way I would wait in a line like this. Did everyone call out sick?
Oh by the way… it’s hot as hell in here too.

They are way too slow. I will always be waiting a minimum of 7 mins (I’ve actually timed this) no matter what my drink is and even if I’m the only one on line. It’s getting to become infuriating with how slow they are compared to other locations.
Good news is that they mostly have really good baristas who make the drinks well. Although there’s a few I cringe at giving my order to I’ve rarely been disappointed with a drink I’ve been given.

Unfortunately they don’t have the ingredients for the new drinks. I requested for a birthday cake frappuccino and they did not have the proper ingredients to make it. Also the staff didn’t know much about off the menu drinks.

The staff is really pleasant and courteous. Walked in this morning and there was a huge line. They worked quickly and also entertained us while we waited. The cappuccino I ordered was also delicious.

This is my go to Starbucks place. It’s close to my house for either walking or driving. The staff is courteous, knowledge and quick with making the drinks.
The store itself is kept clean and is of average size though I just pop in and out when getting my drinks rather then sitting around. On average it takes me about 7 minutes to get my frappacino made. I know sounds kinda long but I always ask for extra ingredients because I like it and it challenges the staff. But they always pull through.
Today though was especially busy since its frappacino day with the buy one get one free deal. So even though it took a little longer I understand.
I order the 20^th anniversary birthday cake and the caramel flan. Both of which are limited items but they are some of my top favorites.
Overall I give this place a 5 out of 5.

I went in the other day and the staff was very rude and unpleasant. There was this one girl, I think her name was Camel (maybe Kamal or Kamel) Well whatever it was, she was very rude. First she made a racial slur not realizing I was that race and when I asked her to repeat herself, she said to «F*** Off.» Never will I be going back here again or any starbucks again.
Disgusting.

I am Starbucks lover I need my fix. The Starbucks on New Hyde Park Road night shift is absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and cheerful. The décor of the this location is always up to trend festive coordinating colors with matching aprons. It like taking a walk in a winter wonderland. The staffs smiles and radiant energy is contagious. LOVE THE STARBUCKS down the block from my gym. And FREE WI-​FI

I’ve been going to starbucks so many times and I love drinks there even though I don’t drink coffee… friendly staff. keep making the customer happy…

Always a pleasure seeing the workers there. They make you feel right at home. Ask for Kamal, she makes the best Java Chip Frappes ever. Great customer service, lines maybe long at some hours but they knock out the orders quick! Will be visiting all the time! Gotta love Starbucks!

Friendly staff for the most part, typical Starbucks. parking lot does suck though — definitely a place to avoid during whatever would be considered peak hours.

I’m here almost every morning and have been for the past 4 months.
There’s nothing bad I can say about this place, other than it gets very busy and the baristas, at times cannot handle the traffic. I’m a bit frustrated when I have a meeting to run to and am waiting for a barista to even notice the pile of people waiting to order. There’s one specific worker that seems to work at turtle’s pace, even when I’m giving him the frantic «I need my caffeine fix now and have a meeting starting in 10!» look. But, I get nothing from him.
Other than the one barista that seems to love tormenting the depraved caffeine professionals in line, this spot is quite on. They greet you with a smile and their coffee is always brewed right. I also always get a sleeve and a green stopper with my drink, even when i don’t ask for it. That’s really great service.
I had to minus one star for the turtle.

This place is not very good. The barista on duty was not trained well. I ordered an tall Americano which I’ve ordered many, many times from Starbucks at other locations. They gave a really watered down drink which I think had only one shot. When I asked how many shots was in my drink, the barista said 2 but I’ve had it a so many times and it wasn’t good. Either she didn’t put 2 shots or she just didn’t do a good job. I’m giving up on Starbucks. I rather have no coffee than bad coffee.

Upside: An especially friendly and professional bunch of baristas here. They are always hard at work but genuinely seem pleased to be working here. This place is often very busy as it is near several office buildings but never loud or frantic. nice selection of mugs, tumblers, and baked goods. Lines move quickly as well.
Downside: Didn’t get my treat receipt. Wahh!

I have never felt so disregarded at a Starbucks before with the exception of this one. I’ve been coming here every day around 8 AM for a month now because I have rotations at Winthrop. I found this Starbucks to be more convenient than the Garden City one. Out of all the orders I’ve put in (and it’s always a VSL no matter what), I always had to repeat myself twice and the cashier also pretends not to hear my «light ice» and my «no foam» requests. After I repeat myself twice. After she says my order out loud to confirm. For a month. C’mon, really? They also tend to forget to give my treat receipt.
The ladies here are middle-​aged so I assume they have been with the company awhile. I guess they only care about the regulars. I’m going to head to another location from now on.
