Called and got in the next day for an exam. The lady who answered the phone was extremely friendly, which I find to be rare lately. Dr Lancaster was nice, but his staff was definitely extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. I will be returning for all of my eye exams.

Dr. Lancaster has been our family’s eye care physician for over 25 years. We’ve always found him to be professional and caring … his staff kind, accommodating, and concerned. We have the utmost faith in his ability to deliver excellent care and provide sound advice.

My husband went back to Dr Lancaster’s office to let them fix eyeglasses that was a year old that he got from their office. My husband didn’t have a good experience at his last visit. This time they made a way to accommodate my husband and fix the eyeglasses without any charge. My husband was happy and forgot about the bad experience he had in the past. Glad they they tried to makeup for it. Thank you
