I’ve been in this location often, contemplating how to frame the many items I have been holding off on. I’ve seen the good reviews so I finally asked for some help at the framing counter and I am so glad that I did. There were two male employees that were so patient and helpful! I was blown away by their service and ability to also keep my budget in mind. I ended up spending less than intended and my photos look better than I could have imagined thanks to their creativity!

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the custom framing that Theresa did on my needlepoint. This project took me a year to make (about 70,000 stitches will do that!) so I decided to spend the money to have my work professionally framed and so glad that I did. Every time I look at it I’m happier with it. Theresa is very talented with her work and her recommendations were spot on perfect! I’m hooked and will have all of my framing done at Michael’s from now on!

I was recently recommended by a friend to have my framing done here. I typically use a chicago gallery but wanted something closer to home. I was very impressed with the framer I worked with, she had a lot of knowledge and creative input. The cost was excellent compared to what I pay downtown and now that I have the finished pieces I would recommend them to anyone.

I have no clue how they organize such an immense variety of items, just glad I don’t have to do it! Honestly, Michael’s is more of a testament to the diversity of people’s hobbies than anywhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the kids always find something fun for a few dollars.

Target didn’t have any. But this place had a boat load of Holloween decorations left over. And they were 70% off. I’m quite sure that this store is mostly for women. I walked around and couldn’t find anything else that I would buy. But the people were nice and the store was clean.
