The Chili’s in New Lenox is great. We have a favorite server, Johnny. He usually serves tables in the bar. Johnny is absolutely excellent. He is not only a good server, but he cares! There is truly a difference. We request him when we walk in the door. We have never had to wait that long for a table, usually get right in! They took mushrooms completely off their menu, we were shocked to hear this. I don’t like mushrooms, but my husband does. We ordered the you pick 2 meal meal for $ 35, which includes drinks, appetizer, entrée and a desert to share. The food was excellent and the desert was very delicious.

Good food and service! Kids eat free on Tuesdays, but need to remind the wait staff! Free chips with Bottomless soup and salad!

We stopped in for a quick lunch in between kids’ football games. Chili’s delivered as expected. Food was good, service was good. Nothing Spectacular But Definitely Consistent. The kids meals were a little skimpy but no complaints from the little ones.

It was my first time going to this Chili’s located in New Lenox. Of all other Chili’s locations I’ve been to, this one is by far the worse dining experience I have had. it wasn’t busy the day I went, and after ordering, my friend had her appetizer(which was the fried pickles) delivered. It was cold, and she delivered that back to the kitchen. Not off to a good start. While we were all patiently waiting, I noticed that a couple who ordered 30 minutes after us got their food a lot sooner than we did. I was going to ask our waitress about the hold up because we had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes for it. Before I could ask, all our food did come out. With a 40+ minute wait, you would think it would be worth the waiting, but let me tell you– we were all unimpressed. ALL of our food was cold. I definitely will not be coming back here

We stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday in mid-May, late evening — three adults and two small children. Only 4 stars for Chili’s first because they no longer offer the red and the blue crushed ice drinks for kids… that is one of the main reasons we come here! And secondly because it took much longer than usual for our food to arrive. Actually we were there the week before and the food took a long time then, too(but it was earlier and twice as crowded)! But we do want to give a shout out to CRYSTAL/KRYSTAL(sp?) who served us our dinner — FIVESTARSFORCRYSTAL. During dinner, one of the little girls with us dropped a small medal that was very important to her and we didn’t realize it until we returned home. We hopped in the car and made it back to the restaurant about 20 minutes before closing. We headed over to where we had been sitting to search under the table; Crystal noticed us and came over. We told her what happened and she told us she would search under the table for us; she actually found the medal! Thank you very much — Crystal. And Chili’s — thank you for hiring Crystal and please bring back the red and blue crushed ice drinks for kids — we miss them. Thanks.

Been to this Chili’s many times. Usually the service is pretty good. Last night was the worst. Must have lost our order but wouldn’t admitted it. People all around us ordering after we did and getting their food. Complained to the manager and he finally delivered half of our order. By the time I got my meal we had to leave and we told them to make it to go. When we got home we found my order was wrong. I know ever restaurant has a bad night and this was indeed ours.

The Waite staff was great and the food was what you’d expect from a chilis. The restaurant was filthy. The tables where wiped after each customer and that was all. The floors around the tables were covered in garbage. The staff were yelling back and forth to each other. At one point they were talking bad about a group of customers who complained. Just no professionalism at all.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for years, usually 2 – 3 times a week for dinner. Within the past couple months or so we’ve noticed a revolving door with servers. It seems like the people we see one week aren’t there the following next couple times we visit. My girlfriend and I went here 2 days ago and our service was bad to say the least. We had to ask multiple times for napkins since we weren’t given any when we sat down or when our meals were served. I ordered a cup of soup for an appetizer and it came out with the dinner. I sent it back saying I wanted it 30 minutes ago, not now. When we got our check the soup was still on there. I didn’t feel like waiting for our server to acknowledge the mistake so I paid the bill and we left. I don’t know if management is to blame or what but the service is getting increasingly worse and worse.

3 at best and that’s giving them the benefit of the doubt cause I really do like chili’s. Been to this location multiple times now and the service has been consistently bad every time. After listening to our waitress apologize over and over for delays we finally got our appetizers which were fairly good. Then the food comes out to soon since the apps took so long. It was obvious they had tried to delay it and you could tell it had been warming for to long. Really wish they could get the service problems worked out. Might try again next year.

Have not been to Chili’s in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the service, food, and economic value. Waitress Mickey was outstanding and a model for how the job should be done. Definitely coming back to this place soon.

A steady decline in service and food quality at this location. Today, I ordered the fajitas trio and both the steak and chicken we’re grossly undercooked. When I questioned the rare steak, the server said that’s the way it should be! I’ve ordered the fajitas many times and never did the steak show up rare and the chicken like it was steamed. And my dessert? $ 1.99 entertainment charge on my bill! Apparently my 9 yr old was given the authority to sign off on the charge via the table top game. They aren’t many dining choices in this area, but I won’t be back!

I’m surprised to be giving Chili’s a 4 star, it may be a five star but I just can’t give a five star to a chain restaurant. The service by our waitress was outstanding! Some would consider it a five star just for our waitress but I just can’t do that, she did receive a nice tip from our group. I like Chili’s just for their soda /pop offerings, the machine they use is a godsend, it offers you over 200 different drink options, I could sit all day and try them all. The chips and salsa and a good appetizer choice and for my lunch I had the Southwestern Eggrolls, they were very tasty! Every one in our group had a good lunch and took advantage of the pop selections.

As an avid fan of Chili’s, of course I came here on a Wednesday afternoon with lunch in mind. My 2 sisters and I met up to have lunch and a drink. I ordered the margarita special of the day. After ordering drinks and waiting for our food, we engaged in conversation only to look up and see a woman staring at us intently. Without even saying hello, she demanded to know if my 22 year old sister had a sip of my margarita which had been on my side of the table the whole time, quoting that«someone saw her drinking it» and accused her of drinking underage. Without asking for ID, she«reminded» her that it’s illegal to drink underage and walked away. First off, I get that it’s their job to card. We would have been more than happy to provide ID had we been asked. But nope, she just assumes. This experience ruined our whole lunch, and the only reason we didn’t walk out was because we were starving. We felt the rest of the staff were asked to keep an eye on us, and it was super uncomfortable and awkward to be watched like a hawk while eating. No complaints about the server, she was great. Management, learn how to have proper customer service. You just lost three loyal customers.

I ordered the pick three meal and got a taco, enchilada and something else but can’t remember the name of it. My hubby got the pick three with burgers egg rolls and buffalo strips… It was good and very flavorful. We got a watermelon and regular lemonade! And it was awesome! Wish I had the recipe to make at home! Our server was very attentive and friendly! We Would go back!

We came this weekend with a few friends. I’m not a chain person at all, but I’ve always had good experiences at Chili’s so I obliged. It was a ghost town on Saturday afternoon, but that just meant we got friendly, quick service from the host and server. We ordered the 2 for $ 20 and I got the chicken fajitas(add rice and beans for 99 cents) and my husband went with the Chicken Bacon quesadillas(with a side of Southwest Mac and Cheese for $ 2.99) We also got the guac and chips as the appetizer included in the 2 for $ 20. The fajitas are the best thing they have on the menu and this time was no different. They were piping hot and served with tons of condiments. However, I only got 3 tortillas, when I could have made this stretch for at least 5 – 6. The quesadillas were REALLY good too. I was expecting them to be underwhelming, but they were flavorful and were served with sour cream and rice&beans. We also ordered two $ 5 margaritas. They were served in a super small glass, but tasted really good. Our server was friendly and attentive and we had no complaints about it overall. Next time I’m in the mood for some fajitas, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Chili’s.

We came for the express lunch. Come to find out they don’t have broccoli cheddar soup any longer. That in itself was a huge disappointment. I finally settled on quesadillas. The food was nice and hot when it arrived, but the quesadillias were served without anything else. I expected some sour cream, or guacamole, or salsa, or something. We asked if the quesidillias were supposed to come with sour cream and the server said he could bring some. All was well until we got our bill. We were charged .99 extra for each tiny dish of sour cream. We asked why it was extra and the waiter explained that it doesn’t come with the«lunch» quesidillias, just the dinner ones. Really? I told the manager that we were never told we would be charged for the sour cream and after a small bit of her explaining what I already knew, she finally took off the extra charge. I would have given three stars but I can’t say my visit was«A-OK». It was more of a «Meh.» visit. I really hope they turn their act around.

This is the SLOWEST Chilis on the planet!!! That being said, when the food finally arrives it is pretty good. If you aren’t in a hurry, give it a go.

If you come here expecting an average chain meal, you won’t be disappointed. It’s Chili’s. Service was fine, restaurant was clean, and food was fine. We only come here when we have a gift card to burn. Otherwise, I’d rather go to Portillo’s.

I’ve gone several times(between 5 – 15) since living in New Lenox and they are always consistent. Definitely the best service in the area, though many local restaurants have poor service. I always go for a vegetarian burger and it’s always satisfactory. 4 to 6 dollar beers are not very pleasant though. I once went and asked for a PBR. I must have spoke too fast because the waitress went to get the drink and brought back a Pepsi and Root Beer combination. It was a good laugh and the waitress handled the situation well. Will continue to visit for as long as I live in the area.
