We had an appointment, confirmed in writing via email and waited the entire three hour window but no one showed up or kept the appointment. No one answered the phone when I called, although it was during their posted office hours. When I emailed for an explanation, the response was that first, that we didn’t confirm the appointment (although the email did not request confirmation). Then, the owner told me that the appointment was for tomorrow, not today despite the fact the email was written on the 19th for an appointment for «tomorrow, Nov. 20.» No show, no job, bad review. I gave this one star only because the app requires one.
