Arby’s 54 NPR, have been 2x in a week. Orange Cream Shakes for the family was main reason. Employees respectful and provided requested sauces for sandwiches. I like this Arby’s location and will return regularly.

Ehhhh, I mean, it’s Arby’s. My expectations aren’t high to begin with, but they need to get it together, service-​wise. I will say the food is actually good (still fast food, but it’s tasty), but it took FOREVER to get our 2 meals & we were the only couple in line. Also, we had to wipe down the table and booth where we sat (most of the tables looked like they needed to be wiped down, as did the condiments counter). Their staff isn’t exactly friendly or enthusiastic either. I’d eat there again, but would go through the drive-​thru.

I don’t think I’ve seen a more disorganized location. Placed our order, the cashier, a young fellow, couldn’t seem to get the order right. We waited, and waited, and waited … and the people behind us all got their food, and when if finally came to their notice that my husband was still waiting for his food they said it would sill be a few more minutes. At least the fries were fresh?

Had an okay experience with the drive thru. The food was alright, but what bothered me was the attitude of the manager or shift leader that was on duty. She started screaming at the guy at the window, «You’re food is ready, why aren’t you moving!!! Go, go go!!!» People don’t deserve to be yelled at like they are a dog. Perhaps this person should go through management training again or otherwise learn how to treat their fellow human beings with respect.

Ok, so it’s Arby’s and you know what you’re getting, so we can dispense with discussing the food. However, this Arby’s has a great, helpful, and friendly staff that provides service more like a sit-​down restaurant than fast food. Arby’s, you’re doing something right here; something very right. Get these staffers to your other locations to teach customer service!
