Just switched my daughter here and was amazed at the attention and care she received. Everyone at the school knows exactly what’s going on and truly care about the children

First of all, let me start my review by saying that the teachers and staff are absolutely amazing. These hard working, sweet, and caring people really make this day care special for being so loving to my two year old son.
Now I would like to warn parents about the not so good communication skills that the owner and one of the directors have for moms and dads. My husband and I have never made a late payment or missed a payment since enrolling our son months ago. However I tried telling the director that my mother was going to be in town and that we were going to try to save money for the two weeks she would be here by having her take care of our son while we worked. NOT ONCE did the director say anything about how we would still be charged fees even with my son NOT being at day care. Even though I did find out that one of the rules justified this in fine print, the director could have at least been nice enough to remind us about the fees instead of allowing them to rack up for three weeks without us knowing causing us to be completely out of whack financially. I found that to be very sneaky!
Our two year old son is definitely more in tune with his emotions than most his age. Doctors have tested him and found he is NOT autistic, has no signs of ADHD or any disorder thus far. Because of his peculiar behavior and lack of patients for sharing he requires a bit more attention than the rest of his class. Once again, I want to COMMEND the teachers who have been in great communication with me every day and have tried their best to work with us to improve his behavior. HOWEVER, My husband and I are deeply hurt by the owners choice to give us extremely short notice one week before CHRISTMAS that she wants my son away from her facility. We are shocked and very saddened that the owner didn’t have the time to meet face to face with us to discuss and or mediate a better solution before such a harsh ultimatum. Now we are stuck with out care for my two year old son.
So if you want great services for your child/​ren, then this is the spot! BUT BE WARNED, if the owner wants to rid herself of a problem child she will do so whenever she feels fit.
