I already did a review on their other office on Gulf Boulevard in New Port Richey.
Here’s the funny thing.
This office is bigger, more modern, more beautiful, gorgeous, comfy chairs in the waiting room, not a hint of odor, cleaner, more heavily staffed, more rooms and in a much nicer area.
Aaaaaaaaand, no thank you.
In this case, bigger is not necessarily better. I have found that every time I have had to come to this office instead of my usual office, I wait a LOT longer. They are often confused, running behind, and the front office staff is not very «receptive».
The nurse who did my usual treatment at this office? Well, lets say when placing my catheter… didn’t know exactly how to «thread the needle». *ahem*
Everything over there was SO rushed that it came through in the care I was given and instead of having a normal, uneventful treatment like I normally do at the New Port Richey office… I ended up in a lot of pain from this nurse flying through my procedure, not warning me first before starting and making me feel very uncomfortable; something I am not used to when I attend the other office.
So, while I have the choice to go to the bigger, prettier place that can accommodate more hours and more people… I choose to go to the smaller office in New Port Richey on Gulf Blvd where I know that everyone will take good care of me, treat me well, listen to me when I speak and be concerned about my health and welfare as opposed to whether they are running on time or not.
