Don't order delivery I ordered at 7:16 pm. It said 80 minutes. I keep checking the tracker and for pretty much the entire time it says being made (so you think it will change to delivery any second). Still said being made when I finally called at 84 minutes. The girl tells me, sorry we are swamped. I talk to manager. I have a sick and tired lil girl waiting for her dinner and I'm told "well, you can come pick it up and it will be ready in 25 minutes". So she couldn't even get dinner to our house in 1 hour and 45 minutes!? I asked her and she said no. I canceled the entire order. I had no choice. I am not going to send her to bed without food and I'm sure people have been getting their pizzas before mine. After all. Mine eas a big order. 4 subs, 1 junior pizza and one Buffalo pizza. Ridiculous. They control the tracker times, they can call and inform us of the delay. They didn't care at all. Now it has been 20 minutes since I called and it still shows they are making it and not canceled. See picture/screenshot for time stamp.

Now over 2 hours since ordered. 1 hour since canceled and it's still showing being made.

Yeah, I’m a kitchen manager and just wanted to say the quasimodo looking sack of dicks running the store that can’t read tickets needs a reality check. Tel me my order will take 20 minutes and make a show of cooking other people’s orders first. This is beyond they were having a bad night, I’ve never ordered anything right for quasimodo, and he makes it a point to call you «fucking idiot» under his breath while yelling.
I know full well his job is easy, I could literally walk right in and run this place better, fucking joke.
Do yourself a favor, go up the road to St. Angelo’s on Madison one block up, take a right. They’re a little more expensive then this travesty but so much better

We didn’t even order at this location. The exterior was dirty looking. We walked in, dirty floor, eating area was dirty, one table dirty, counters dirty, soda case dirty, some female screamed from the back «u ready to order?» Never laid eyes on her. Saw no other staff members. Didn’t even smell food… Howie is gonna stay real. hungry if this place isn’t cleaned up and service better regardless if what coupons they send out. We ended up next door at Grand Deli & Subs. clean, friendly and good prices.

I used to live up the street from this location and ordered from here more often than I’d like to admit.
The $ 5.50 (I think that’s what it was… it’s been a while) carry-​out deal was just too good to pass up. The flavored crust is unique and tasty. The pizza itself… it’s like crack. It’s not even that great of a pizza but it’s so addicting! I can’t explain it.
Unfortunately the employees here are truly awful. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and make you feel like a huge inconvenience every time you call or walk in.

Wow poorly run store with an absolutely obnoxious staff. Almost constant swearing, complaining about customers, and talk of having the runs while making food in front of customers. Pizza isn’t bad but could have been better with a bit more cook time. Sadly I like HH pizza but the staff at this location just killed it for me.
