Clean, well organized and a friendly staff, make this a nice place to shop.
You’d think that on the Monday after Black Friday that they’d be low on their stock, but no, they were pretty flush. I actually had to return something I’d purchased over the weekend, something I adored, but sadly they didn’t have the –exact same– one. I didn’t have my receipt either. But there was no fuss, they let me trade it evenly for a different one, in a different color, no questions asked. I’m rather pleased with them.
The next time I’m in Port Richey and need to do a little shopping, I’ll be there.

Was not very impressed with the customer service that I received from one of the workers. Definitely will not go back to this Kohls… I’ll travel a little bit further to be treated like a human being.
