Decent food for a chain but the kids that work there have no manners or standards. Got a delivery tonight the driver forgot my soda and did not care or apologize to me. My pizza was a mess very little cheese some slices hade none. Bad employees there are giving Pizza Hut a bad name there. Third time and the last time there.

I ordered cheese sticks with No sprinkles, they came out with sprinkles. the staff remade the cheese sticks and when I went to look into the box the young lady stated, «its okay I looked at them» they do not have sprinkles on them, but they are NOT edible as they are dark brown and extra crispy. :(

The last two times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten an incorrect order. I love the pizza so I never said anything. Tonight I had ordered extra cheese and it looks like I got half the cheese. Not ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great our pizza and wings were at this Pizza Hut. Our server was great. Definitely recommend getting your pizza with extra cheese. The amount of cheese was perfect and there would not have been enough if we had not ordered extra.

Service was infuriating. The building was filthy. Terrible food. Tables were sticky. The cups were not cleaned and smelled terrible. Ordered water but the glass smelled like root bear. The server put the pan on my phone. Place was dead in a Saturday. Avoid dine in. McDonald has better customer service.

Pizza Hut used to be my FAVORITE chain pizza. I’m not sure what happened to this one, but the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. The pizza is meh, toppings are bleh, and the sauce just isn’t what it used to be. Maybe the quality diminishes once it’s set for delivery, but that’s just unacceptable. This place has a dine-​in, so at least the pizza is usually fresh when I go for lunch with friends, but the sides sometimes taste as if they were pre-​frozen — not a good thing. Other than that, the place is always clean, staff service isn’t terrible, and the bathrooms are clean and stocked when I go.
