McDonald’s

Worst McDonald’s I have been to in a long time. Their are some decent folks working there but the consistency of food preparation and the ordering function are poor at best. The management team has got to be highly incompetent or in need of training. If not for the location it would be and should be out of business. The owners must be absentee or corporate is doing a bad job– either way not a place I will go to again.

Standard McDonald’s. Clean restaurant & nice drive thru people. Never had a problem getting my food. One of the few drive thru around in this area…

My 4 stars review is comparing it to other fast food restaurants not to a 5 star fancy dining. This McDs is good. Both times that I’ve been here the drive up is super fast.
The employees are friendly and suggest promotional items. To be honest I don’t eat hamburgers, the only items I get are the fries, chicken wraps and the oatmeals.
Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out, NOT! Because people block the entrance it gets tricky to get in and out but overall ok experience nothing superb.

This McDonalds is terrible. They have never once made my drive thru order correctly, the fries are usually overcooked (hard & brown) and never hot enough and staff seems clueless most of time. I dont eat McDonald very often but it would be nice to have a decent experience at least once at this place!

Cashier was nice today– however, music in the restaurant was completely Spanish. No English songs were played in the hour we sat.

I mostly use the drive-​thru and I would come here once a week while my daughter was taking guitar lessons across the street. No matter what I order, they always get an item wrong or leave it out completely. Several times I’ve gotten other people’s orders. Once I got fried onions on my Quarter Pounder. It’s very frustrating to have to go back inside and flag someone down. For the most part, they are very unapologetic. The fries are inconsistent and they are either cold or have too much salt. Very rarely do they come out hot! Once I decided to go inside and asked for fries without salt (so they would come out hot) and they looked at me as if I had two heads. I was told that was impossible to do. So I said I would wait for a fresh batch. The two people proceeded to whisper about me and gave me looks. Needless to say, I don’t come here any longer.

It’s a McDonald’s located in a very unassuming spot right on Springfield Ave in New Providence. I have noticed that the drive-​thru can take a very long time and if you come on a weekend morning, the place is absolutely packed with people not in a rush to go nowhere. I don’t really have too many negative things to say except for the slow drive-​thru. It’s a pretty ordinary Mickey D’s.

Boo to you McDonalds of New Providence and whoever was working and managing the restaurant last night when you saw me pull in and go to the drive thru you shut the lights off on me. That’s not appreciated to tease and play with people’s emotions like that. I just wanted an apple pie!

bad drive thru service, slow employees. They don’t mixthe mcflurries anymore?!? everytime i had to mix it, half of the oreos come out. i hate that.

The drive thru has been painfully slow of late. Think they are short staffed. Took 10 minutes to get 3 cars through.
I went inside and the manager was arguing with the staff in front of customers. Pretty unprofessional. I just wanted coffee.

Everything was perfect. The fries were hot the burger was great. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I came here on a Friday night before my friend’s birthday dinner at the trap rock down the road. I needed to kill time and prime my stomach before the dropping $ 8 beers.
The staff and food is standard and good. It’s the amount of people that come here swamp the place. I had to wait 15 minutes before I place my order. The drive thru line was crazy long and food could not be expedited out.
After I got my food and sat down there a boat load of high school kids. Mostly teenage boys in basketball attire. These kids drove me nuts. They thought they were tough $hit. If I were their parents, I would drop them off in Camden and see how ‘hard’ they thought they really are.

Worst McDonald’s in the country. I recently ordered a #2 (two cheeseburger meal) and got two patties in one burger and zero patties in the other. How in the name of Christ do you get something like that wrong?

The food is pretty much the same as any McD’s. However, I do like this location as it is very clean and looks very spacious. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of a headache, but it should be a little easier now with both the stoplight and the newly painted «box» (though jerks will still cruise right through and block the driveway). The service, for the most part, is horrible. Always, always, always check your order multiple times. Open each box because they have given us the wrong sandwich about 50% of the time we’ve ordered. The cashiers always look bored, even when they’re taking your order. For convenience, though, it’s pretty good since it’s open until 11 — long after every other restaurant in the area closes.

Mistake after mistake every time you get home, they always miss something, Missing fries or missing sandwich and Management doesn’t care, and doesn’t fix the problem nither. I’M DONE… GOING HERE

Great layout. Expect the same food

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to (and I’ve traveled the country!). My order is incorrect at least 50% of the time, 50% of the time my food is cold upon being served, No one has EVER apologized to me for messing up an order or keeping me waiting 15 minutes for my food. I am astonished that this place is even still open. I wish there were more drive-​thru food options in town.
Rude staff, slow service, cold/​mediocre food. Two thumbs DOWN.

not sure what’s going on here but this location makes me never want to eat at McDonald’s. Fries are never salty, slow service and they always mess up the order.
