Awful. Awful Awful. Poor attitude, and what had to have been the limpest lightest Subway sandwich it’s been my displeasure to eat. I ordered a tuna and I watched as he used about half the amount of any other Subway and smooshed it into the bun which he sliced end to end, not with the usual cutout style. I then asked for lettuce tomato and onion and he added on pre-chopped items! No slices, just tiny loose pieces that covered MAYBE60% of the tuna. There was so little lettuce used, my eyes were screaming… SERIOUSLY? I was also given a «That’s it?» with attitude, the kind that says that I didn’t order enough to help their business pay their bills. I paid for what they deigned to give me and left, and I will NEVER give these cheap-o’s my money again. And you shouldn’t either.

I work in the area & just went to them for lunch. I found this subway to be clean & friendly although it is a little cramped inside. Nothing wrong with this subway, the only thing I can think for the bad reviews is it was 3 years ago. Maybe they have new owners now? Not sure. But I will go to them again in the future.

Our orchestra held a fundraiser and NP Subway offered 1 platter free if we bought 5 but when we picked it up they lied what type of ingredient was used. Sunny the manager didn’t inform us that he substituted an ingredient and when we came back he gave us a hard time. This is a fundraiser why is he not working with us or apologizing? Why is he giving volunteers a hard time? In the end he offered subs for another day which doesn’t help when you are only fundraising for one day. Poor customer service/relations!!!

I went back today again. I really like the way they made my subway club. They have surachi sauce. This was the only subway that I found that had pepper jack cheese.

This must be one of the worst Subways in the world. Everytime I’ve been there they’ve gotten my order wrong and several times they’ve overcharged me. The staff is unfriendly and impatientand none of them as far as I can tell speaks English well enough to be able to do their job properly. This location never participates in any national promotions Subway is running. Plus the space is so small that there isn’t even room for a line to form so if there are more than two people inside it becomes chaos. Avoid this place like a rat avoids traps.
