16 Handles is the best(though they need to get Mochi at this location!) Coming from the city, it’s great to have an outpost nearby. Gets very busy after sundown on Saturday, but they do a good job keeping it clean and well stocked with all the toppings.

Your average 16 Handles(if you like the chain, you will like this one). I go for the toppings, as the yogurt is kinda meh. If you want really good yogurt, granted less flavors, go to All Good Things in Scarsdale. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because, like I said, the toppings are great and the hot fudge is particularly good. Lastly, I like that they let you sample all the flavors before picking… don’t be shy.

This place is the place to be. The flavors offered are more than you could ever imagine. Pick your flavor and top it off with anything your heart desires. There is indoor seating and a bench outside. Enjoy!

The yogurt itself tastes very good and is like ice cream in many ways. The style of the place and the convenient locations make it a great place for kids and teens. It’s not really super special though; when you get down to it it’s really just an average yogurt place.

This review is primarily for John(not the owner the employee). John greeted us as he was in front of the Handles serving people tastes and then quickly running back to the register to ring people up. John gave us tips, and answered all of our questions. He was extremely professional and stellar in friendliness. When asked a question that he wasn’t sure of(an odd food allergy question) he didn’t flinch and/or make up the answer but he got the help he needed from his coworker Sabrina who was also wonderful. The flavors are very diverse and they are all delicious! The toppings are vast and are also very fresh! This place should increase in success with what and who they have right now — don’t change 16 Handles and we will see you again!

Delicious frozen yogurt with good service and moderate prices. On the level of Red Mango; it provides the quality any frozen yogurt lover should be looking for.

Usually very clean and running efficiently. During summer season, it’s hard to find a space to sit, but that’s ok. Love going here for a treat!

This is definitely my daughter and I’s favorite spot for frozen yogurt! There is not much to say except for this place is clean, the staff is friendly, and yogurt is great. With young people buzzing in and out, this yogurt shop is happening. Mix a few flavors — or a bunch! Our favorites are the Euro Tart and the Salted Caramel! This place is our favorite go-to!

I love 16 Handles, and I am very happy that there is finally one here in Westchester. The employees are very pleasant and helpful. There are so many different flavor options(hence the name 16 handles), but I usually stick with the salted caramel. It is absolutely delicious! Next time I will definitely try to be a bit more adventurous! 16 Handles definitely blows red mango and pinkberry out of the water. Keep up the good work!

I love this place! I go here at least once a week to get my favorite treat of the week! I love it because it is always clean and staff is very friendly. I can try as many new flavors as possible and I don’t get dirty looks. Can’t wait to go back and see what new flavor they got!

It is GREAT to have a froyo place in this area of new ro now. The flavors are delicious and it seems that they switch them out a lot. For me personally there are a few downsides. They are all kosher(which is great!) but it means they do not have all of the toppings you would expect. Notably, they are missing gummy bears which makes me very sad. Also, it is VERY crowded and there is rarely anywhere to sit in the store and the line is long.

Uberrr excited that there was a 16 handles in NewRo! I frequent the ones in the city so was happy to find one close to home. Ventured there this wknd and although the staff were soooo nice, was a little disappointed in the lack of toppings. No mochi, no marshmallows, and nooooo whip cream :(boooo! Otherwise still yummy froyo flavor choices.

Once I read the ingredients, which the store has available but hides in a draw, I was so diasppointed. I am not sure how they are allowed to call it yogurt. It is all chemicals. I can’t pronounce most of the ingredients. Nothing you get from the farm. That is why the calories aren’t that high. it is mostly fake.

This location is brand new & I’m very happy to have a Sixteen Handles in Westchester! The employees were VERY nice & helpful. One of the girls encouraged me to try the many different flavors & was not annoyed to let me try the samples. I picked the Cinnabon flavor(DELICIOUS) and the peanut butter. I think it was better than Red Mango & I love red mango! I’m definitely going back!

This place is amazing! The first 16 handles in Westchester is finally open and Red Mango, beware! The flavors are amazing and taste exactly as they sound like. I myself had salted caramel and graham cracker.(Yum!) The flavors change everyday and I can honestly say there wasn’t one I didn’t like. I know this because I spent 20 min trying every single flavor! The staff was friendly and accommodating and didn’t try to rush me as I made my decisions. There are a ton of yummy toppings to put on too! All in all, it is definitely my favorite froyo spot to go to now. And be sure to be there April 6, 2013 for their official grand opening! Live entertainment but most importantly FREEFROYO!
