Dunkin Donuts-Baskin Robbins

Went there this morning to get a tea. Got to work within 10 min to drink it and it was cold. I decided I wanted to call to complain but one of the numbers listed is disconnected. The other number told me that the magic jack was not set up! WTH!!! I can’t !!! You have to many people to serve and you should have a working number.

This has to be the worst ever. The person who you have to put the order in she is never there. The customer service here is the worse. I will not recommend this location.

I frequent this Dunkin Doughnuts every morning I hangout at the same table with between 10 to 15 ppl Service is great they treat me very well

I’m not complaining this place is open 24 hours and sometimes you need an ice cream fix lol! Fast service although they don’t have a full BR selection it’s cool.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I wanted to order a birthday cake for my boss to pick-​up. He lives in NY, I live in NJ. After being hung up on THREE times, I was told that I had to come in person to order the cake. And was then hung up on again. Completely rude.

the big glass wall all over the front of the bldg really gives the customers absolutely no privacy. It was prolly designed for the view when in fact, ppl in the street view you! for real, i’m eating my donut and whatnot and the traffic light turns red and all of a sudden i have ppl from 4 or 5 diff cars staring at me «is he gonna hit that? nah, oh wait, maybe. but I doubt it» or «howd he get w a girl like that???» Invasion of privacy indeed
What else. OHYEAH, so all the cool kids go to hangout at the parking lot during the weekends, and most of the other days of the week as well. (When I say cool kids, I mean losers in case you didn’t understand the sarcasm.)
So, what saves this dd from receiving one star/​?? ICE CREAM! The other cash register section is a baskin robbins, so if you come in on a hot summer day, you can avoid the big lines at the mainstream carvel down the street! (You thought I was gonna say «good customer service», didnt you?)
