The best Dunkin Donuts around. They are so consistent, memorize your order if you are a regular & will make your morning a little brighter. I’m grateful for the amazing service at Pelham Manor DD. Rene is the best, Carolina & Wendy and the rest are awesome. I refuse to go to ANY other DD!

Best DD!!! Comfortable and very clean. I get my coffee here daily and find the Coffee and Donuts are always fresh. Best of all, are the employees. They are truly one of the nicest.

I’ve been in only for donuts and this last time was the worst. I cannot believe I was sold the donuts that I received. When I got home to share them with my family, one of my kids turned over the «glazed» donut, thinking that it was put in the box upside down because it looked so bad — BUT NO! And they were stale. Yuck.

Coffee, donuts and bagels… it’s DD. Smaller than normal DD in a little retail complex that has a few closed stores and minimal parking.
As mentioned in the other review the selection of breakfast items is sparse and the sand which I ordered on both days was a little hard and seemed not to be too fresh. On the second day I visited, the cashier was very friendly but the yound lady making my sand which seemed sick or just not happy to be at work. Cheer up… sometimes it’s great to have a job!

This Dunks has a ways to go. To begin, the donut and muffin selection is very limited. Maybe the smallest I’ve seen. The coffee is what one would expect, but does taste old and burnt sometimes. The service here is hit or miss. It seems like there is a high turnover rate with the employees which I think signifies poor management. As for aesthetics, it got an upgrade a few years ago and looks like most other Dunkin chains. Also, the place usually looks fairly clean but on multiple occasions I have seen flies buzzing around the food. Finally, the parking out front is accessible and generally available.
