Nostalgia! I been here so many times! Every time I visit New Rochelle! Pizza is excellent!

Do yourself a favor and stick to regular slices or the Italian ice. I got food poisoning from the pizza with chicken on it. I was violently ill all night. Even taking meds to stop nausea didn’t work. Will never have pizza there again!

Awesome private owned pizza place, all the slices I have had have been perfect every time, they have great prices l, friendly atmosphere. They take cash only just a heads up!

My husband and I were driving from Boston, MA to Queens, NY and decided to look for a place to stop to eat. After going through many restaurants and types of food on the Unilocal app we settled on Italian Pizza (this is not as easy to get in Massachusetts because there are a lot of Greek Pizza places in Massachusetts). After reading all the positive reviews about Pizza Centre we decided to give it a shot (despite the generic name) and we were not disappointed! We had a slice of Margherita pizza which was delicious– you could really taste the basil. We also had Pepperoni and Meatball and of course had to try a slice of the Grandma Pizza. All of the slices were delicious. I am not sure if it was the tasty sauce or the perfectly cooked crust that makes it so great but it was one of the best pizza places we have been to and we have had Rays Pizza and other New York City pizza. The guys behind the counter and the service was also great. If you are hungry in New Rochelle give Pizza Centre a try!

The gentlemen that run this place are amazing and super friendly! They treat you like family. Pizza as well as all food is amazing. They don’t deliver and don’t take credit cards, only cash but so worth it. The place is clean, food is fantastic and customer service is great. Five stars all the way.

This pizza is true New York Pizza! Nostalgia for me since its run by Italians (from the bronx originally and the pizzeria place by me used to be as well). The guys that run this place are friendly, but since I’ve moved to TX I forgot NYC humor because they joked with me saying I wasn’t a real New Yorker (;_​;) .
Prices are affordable too! Will be back next month to get another one of their DELICIOUS pizza!

Best pizza in new york! Including the Boroughs! The staff is extremely friendly and funny! Try the chicken bacon ranch slice!

Absolute best Pizza in Westchester hands down. Not a bad thing on the menu & the guys who run it love what they do & it reflects in their food. I eat here at least twice a week & yes it is a little pricey but that is because they use the BEST ingredients! You get what you pay for people, if you want cheap pizza with sub par ingredients then dont come here!

Among the best pizza joints in New Roc! The guys are friendly and the pizza is right there for you to see. Great even if you don’t know what you’re in the mood for.

My new pizza place!!! Speciality slices are superb. Everything was phenomenal. I do wish they had more seating but that’s ok.
We will definitely drive the 25 min to come here.

I am always on the look out for some good NY style pizza, and I stumbled across this place and while it is just a hole in the wall joint, you must remember that most of the really good ones are all hole in the wall places.
Stuck in the middle of a small strip «mall» the service was good and the pizza tasted great.
I’ll be back.

Hands down, the best eggplant parm dish you can ever eat. I live in Bronxville, NY and I drive out there just for that dish on a monthly basis.

Great pizza! As a native New Yorker, I’m always searching for the perfect slice. One that reminds me of my childhood when they never skimped on the cheese. This pizza comes pretty close to it. Ordered a plain and every bite had the cheese strings extending out eithout sacrificing the cheese on the slice. You know how it goes with some pizzas… with every bite you’re pulling pizza off… Not so with this one…
Minus two stars b/​c their menu board has all the wrong prices and if you dont walk around with a lot of cash (like me who loves her debit card), it can be a pain and they dont take cards! Also their canned soda is. $ 1+ like what???

There is no explaining the bad aftertaste from the pizza. It tastes deceptively good while you’re eating it, but an hour later, you can’t get some awful taste out of your mouth. What is it? I don’t know. It’s not garlic (I eat that like candy). I’ve eaten pizza all over NYC for 35 years and can’t explain the aftertaste.
Yet for some reason, the chicken parmigiana hero is pretty good, with for some reason, no bad aftertaste!

I remember waking up, hungover and starving, stuck in my little monastic cell on the campus of the College of New Rochelle. Fortunately, Pizza Centre was there to fill me up with warm and flavorful pizza and breathe life back into me. This cash-​only little pizza joint was like a ray of grimy sunshine in an otherwise uninspiring shopping center. I always get the ricotta and fresh tomato slice. Delicious! I doubt I’ll ever return to New Rochelle, but if I do, I’ll be hittin’ up Pizza Centre.

When you want some good pizza, Pizza Centre never fails. With their plain and specialty slices, sicilian squares, not to mention the motley assortment that is the staple menu item of any pizza joint (calzones, meatball parm, chicken parm, etc), Pizza Centre is consistently good.
Don’t get me wrong, read my reviews of other pizza joints — others exist that are just as good, even better, but this pizza purist would definitely not turn his nose at this place.

My initial opinion was this place was top notch for pizza in New Rochelle. Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side and yes some people may find Cheech a bit much, but they have always had solid slices… until one day, my girlfriend and I took home a large buffalo chicken pizza, and I devoured half of it and got food poisoning. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemies. After a night of cuddling with the porcelain god I vowed never to eat there again. I wont tell you they have bad food because they dont, however once you get sick from eating food at a place like that, it is very unlikely that you will ever return.
